Founders Michael & Debbie James, fell in love with the area during a spring time visit in 2004. They went back to Atlanta, Georgia where they had been running a thriving real estate investment company and began the process of selling their property so they could make the Emerald Coast their home. Just 30 days later they were in “paradise” to stay. Now their goal is to help as many people as possible experience this beautiful part of the world….Either on vacation in a “perfect fit” property or as a vacation property owner. We believe in treating the vacation renter like a beloved family member so they can enjoy the vacation of a lifetime!

The Markets We Service

Our main focus is managing properties along Highway 30A.  The beach towns of Rosemary Beach, Seacrest Beach, Seagrove Beach, Seaside, Grayton Beach, Blue Mountain Beach and Dune Allen Beach.
