The Yacht & Beach Club condo is casual, tropical, carefully maintained and well-suited for upscale business and vacation travelers (all apartments are two-bedroom/two bath). It offers a relaxing get-away that’s close to everything. You’ll find a beautiful, heated swimming pool right on the Intracoastal Waterway where you can spend the day or evening watching the passing yachts. Enjoy the view of our marina from your living room, master bedroom and balcony. Dozens of shops and restaurants are steps away. The beach is a seven minute walk.
The condo is immaculately clean and well-designed with new furnishings, granite counter-tops, two master bedrooms (each with full bath), and sleeps up to four people. One master has a king bed and water views. The other has twin beds overlooking garden in front of building. A sleeper sofa is in the living room. You’ll find a complete kitchen with everything you need. Two laundry rooms are in the building. Free wi-fi and parking. One parking space is assigned for your exclusive use.
NOTE: This entire condo building and grounds is a 100-percent smoke-free property. No smoking is allowed in any public area or on any part of the property grounds. Note: Calendar shows empty until all of our multiple units are rented in any given timeframe.

About The Area
Pompano Beach is a safe, family-friendly beach town that is a more affordable alternative to our neighbors north and south (Boca Raton and Fort Lauderdale). Pompano has spent a lot of money in the last few years on upgrading throughout the city, including a beautiful, serene new beachfront with lifeguards and without the crowds. It's close to the action when you want it (15 minutes to Fort Lauderdale), but you can return to a peaceful, pretty property within walking distance to dozens of restaurants and shops.
It's just a five-minute drive to Pompano CitiCentre shopping mall, movie theaters, Community Park with state-of-the-art tennis and aquatics complex, dog park, historic air park with Goodyear Blimp base/free spectator area, and 36-hole city golf course with Greg Norman signature course, driving range and practice greens.
Shipwreck Park is just one mile offshore for divers and snorkelers. This vast artificial reef system and cultural arts park has 17 shipwrecks and sunken artworks, creating new habitat for marine life and taking pressure off of the natural reefs nearby.
It's a 15-minute drive to Butterfly World, the smoke-free ISLE Casino, Pompano Harness Track and Festival Flea Market Mall (world's largest indoor flea market). I-95 is a 10-minute drive for easy access to all South Florida attractions, shopping and business centers.
House Rules
No additional overnight guests or more than two daytime visitors without prior approval by property manager (additional charges may apply). No smoking or smoke odors inside the apartment or anywhere on the entire condo building property. Maintain property and contents in as good a condition as when guest arrived. Upon departure, please leave apartment in “broom swept” condition. We do the heavy cleaning after you leave. Do put out your garbage and wash and put away your dishes. Launder all linens except those used on your last night and day of your stay. No cooking of fish or foods with strong odors inside the apartment so apartment is odor-free for the next guests (use outdoor BBQ instead). Guest agrees to pay for all damage or theft caused by guest. Guest will contact owner or manager as soon as possible if damage to property is observed. Observe quiet time between 10 p.m. and 8 a.m. so as not to disturb other guests. No pets without advance approval from property in writing and advance payment of pet fee. No illegal activity. No guests under 23 without parent or legal guardian. Children under the age of 16 are not allowed in the pool area without being accompanied and supervised by a parent or legal guardian. One parking space allowed per apartment rented.
