Beautiful Views. Relaxing, laid back area.
We loved our stay in Unit 11! The condo was clean and well maintained. The view was beautiful as were the grounds. We enjoyed lounging on the balcony, at the pool and beachfront. The iguanas were a treat also :) The beach, as with most Keys beaches, was pretty shallow and had a lot of seaweed. We knew this ahead of time so it wasn't a disappointment. The kids and hubby all enjoyed snorkeling right at the beach. However, most of our time was spent at the lovely pool. Staying late July/early August, we pretty much had the place to ourselves. There were only a few other families there. It was absolute paradise! We made good use of the cooler and beach chairs that were provided and my son even fished a little with the fishing pole we found. We loved the whole area of Key Colony and Marathon. Very laid back and uncrowded. We would recommend this condo and location to anyone who is looking for a laid back, relaxing vacation.

Great Condos

The Best Private Beach is only steps away
Meticulously maintained property with a pool, private beach and ocean view balcony. There are plenty of chairs and it was not crowded. The swimming area is gradual, flat and Sandy. The condo is nicely furnished and roomy with 2 full baths. There is a cooler, umbrella and extra beach chairs. Plenty of dishes and pots/ pans. Gas grills are located under a tiki hut- great for a beachside lunch or dinner. Located in a quiet neighborhood great for walking and biking and not too far from several restaurants bars and watersports rentals. There is even a nice par 3 golf course. We LOVE it!

Great Getaway!
Outstanding 2 bed 2 bath condo, right on the beach. Just outside Marathon, close to everything. Recommended for people of all ages. Lots of room.

Newly renovated 2 bedroom 2 full bath ocean view balcony unit. Sleeps 4.Â
Granite countertops in kitchen, all new appliances. The kitchen is fully equipped, microwave, stove/oven, refridgerator, dishwasher, coffee maker...
This condo was updated in August 2015...repainted, brand new furniture in every room. Three flat screen tvs with cable tv service and high speed internet.
The master bedroom has a king sized bed and a full bathroom.
The guest room has 2 beds: 1 full and 1 twin.
Our unit comes complete with all linens, towels/beach towels and sheets.
The grounds are beautifully maintained, there is a shuffleboard court and an in the ground pool. The unit is on the water so you are just steps from the private white sandy beaches. There is a tiki hut with tables and chairs and grills for you cook outside and enjoy your meal by the ocean.
There are coin operated laundry units on site as well.

About The Area
Everyone has concerns about the condition of the Keys post Irma. The people and the islands are Keys Strong! The efforts of so many have paid off and the Keys are well on their way to a full recovery. Most of what you'll see now is the change in landscape. Irma took a lot of the palm trees and other vegetation. While most or all of the resorts and vacation spots have been cleaned up and replanted, private homes and some of the roadsides are still a work in progress. Help support the recovery efforts by visiting-the locals are still as happy & friendly as they always were and appreciate the tourists who are helping the economy! AUGUST UPDATE!! Sea Isles Condos has completed their landscape project-the grounds are even more beautiful than they were pre-Irma!Â
In Key Colony Beach you can enjoy charter fishing, diving excursions, 3 restaurants/bars...Sparky's, Havana Jacks & Key Colony Inn.
The nearby city is Marathon where you can shop for anything; food, supplies, souvenirs.. they also have scenic boat rides, an aquarium (Aquarium encounters) snorkle and scuba diving trips, stand up paddleboard and kayak tours/rentals and many more restaurants and bars as well as a movie theater.
We recommend taking a day to drive and explore the Keys-each Key has its own little piece paradise that makes it unique. Big Pine Key is home to the endangered Key Deer which happen to be extremely friendly (please do not feed them!) Islamorada is home to the famous Robbie's-a tin roofed shack where you can feed the ever hungry tarpon or shop in their tiki hut boutiques for an island treasure. Islamorada is also the home of the Netflix series Bloodline!Â
Last but not least of course is historic Key West. A 50 minute car ride through the lower Keys & you are there! Plan to spend a whole day-there's so much to see and do!
House Rules
Sea Isle has adopted a no smoking policy in every unit. Smoking of any substance is prohibited. You may smoke on the grounds. Please use the proper disposal receptacles for your cigarettes.Â
Also no pets are allowed on property or in any units.Â
Check in time is 3pm and check out is 11am.Â
Per Key Colony Beach town ordinance there is a maximum 4 people per unit.Â
Please park in the designated spot assigned to you at the time of check in. There are extra guest spots as well.Â
Upon checking out we request that you leave no dirty dishes, empty the trash and recycling outside and leave one set of clean towels per guest and one set of clean bed linens per bed.Â
Suitability
This unit is on the third floor and Sea Isles does NOT have an elevator.Â
It is suitable for couples, families, adult get-aways..you name it! The Keys has something for everyone!Â
