We are a family of four who live for sunny islands and palm trees! We took our first family vacation to Key Colony Beach in 2013 and we fell in love in with the area, the laid back atmosphere and the people. In August of 2015 we bought our first condo at Sea Isles Condominiums and quickly purchased another in December of the same year. We visit the Keys at least 3 times a year and we would love to share our little piece of paradise with you!

There is so much to do in the Keys! Diving, kayaking and paddleboarding the mangroves; bike riding; sport fishing; group charters, private charters; eco-tours; festivals; the famed Mallory Square at sunset in KW and the endless options of dining, bars, nightlife and my favorite-sitting on the beach with a book!!

Sea Isles was a great home based for exploring the FL Keys, just wish we would have had more time to relax and enjoy the property as well. Our condo was perfect, everything you needed and more. It was clean and comfy, plenty of space for the 2 of us, and would have been spacious enough for additional family or friends. The grounds and buildings were very well maintained, the pool was never overcrowded and the beach was nice. We went to Bahia Honda State Park beaches one day and the beach at Sea Isles actually had less sea grass and was calmer that day. Everything you need is nearby, loved Key Colony Inn, Leigh Ann's Coffee and the KCB gift shop. Plenty of activities, enjoyed the Turtle Hospital, Key West, Dry Tortugas NP, the Everglades, and had a blast with Captain Bill Bassett at Bud n Mary's Marina in Islamorada...caught lots of fish and Key Colony Inn cooked them to perfection. 1001854Meticulously maintained property with a pool, private beach and ocean view balcony. There are plenty of chairs and it was not crowded. The swimming area is gradual, flat and Sandy. The condo is nicely furnished and roomy with 2 full baths. There is a cooler, umbrella and extra beach chairs. Plenty of dishes and pots/ pans. Gas grills are located under a tiki hut- great for a beachside lunch or dinner. Located in a quiet neighborhood great for walking and biking and not too far from several restaurants bars and watersports rentals. There is even a nice par 3 golf course. We LOVE it!

Key Colony Beach is the hidden treasure of Marathon, great for bike riding all over or early morning walks. The beach area is small but great for laying out,looking at the clear ocean water., and practicing snorkeling. The condo pool is a nice way to relax and you often have it to your self. This unit is well decorated and the bedrooms are large. The bathrooms and kitchen are smaller and dated but functional. The two balconies are great for mornings. The grills in the tiki hut are an added bonus for a cookout by the ocean. I would recommend this unit for any family.
