1800+ sq. ft. 2bd 2ba home on corner lot in Saddlebrooke, an active adult community surrounded by mountains, golf courses and un-limited beauty 365 days a year. The home is comfortably furnished, and beautifully painted with bright soothing colors. Appliances are in excellent working condition, kitchen fully equipped with food processor to espresso machine. Lots of windows everywhere, plantation shutters throughout, tile floor and countertops, kitchen pull outs, and updated master bath. Double sided gas/wood burning fireplace in the family room/off the kitchen, and plenty of firewood for cozy winter evenings inside....Plus fire pit outside for relaxing and eating smores. 2008 Precedent Golf Cart added 5/2016 for additional fee of $100/month which is not included in the quote (until I figure out how to do it correctly). **I do ask that guests do not wear shoes in the house. If for some reason it is necessary I prefer you wear a pair that is not worn outside - the carpet in the home is a Mohawk non synthetic natural product that is soft and it is cleaned between guests so you can be assured it is sanitary and soothing.)
The mountain view from the front patio is the location for morning coffee. The peaceful back patio is great for entertaining, evening wine, or star gazing in the anti-gravity chairs. There is a built in BBQ, extended flagstone patio and big back yard, gated and surrounded on 2 sides by a 5’ raised brick wall. The fountain in the backyard is situated so you can hear the water in the master bedroom.
The home is equipped with Hi-speed internet; Wi-Fi; Direct TV; reverse osmosis; and as a renter you will have access to all amenities; tennis, swimming, golf, pickle-ball, basketball court, shuffleball, athletic club, softball, and many classes for various hobbies/sports. No dogs allows for nightly stays under 30 days. One small dog, non shed under 20 pounds may be allowed after interview for longer stays.

100% refund if canceled at least 30 days before arrival date.
Nightly rate is $100 and includes a golf cart. The security depost for nightly rate is $100, and $75 of that will be refunded if there is no damage to the home.
