Step out the back door and you are at the beautiful community pool with a hot tub. You can enjoy and watch the golfers Tee off on the 5th T Box of the Sonoran course. This Villa is centrally located. There is shopping, hiking, biking, swimming and so many other activities within a few miles of this cozy villa.
Omni Tucson National offers 2 awesome courses. The Catalina Course and The Sonoran Course.
Bob's Chop & Steak House and Legends Bar & Grill are within the Resort for your dining pleasure. Enjoy the biking/walking trail from the complex out to Oro Valley Market Place. All kinds of shopping are within a mile of the complex. Enjoy the beautiful views of the mountains and the bright and colorful sunrise's and sunset's.
Parking: Vehicles must park inside the garage or in a designated parking area. No vehicles on the streets overnight.
Pets: Pets must be on a leash at all times. Cleaning up pet waste is mandatory in the development
The villa is set up where 2 couples could enjoy the accomondations and have their own privacy. The master and guest bedrooms are located on opposite ends of the Viila which provides privacy. If you are a golfer, you can watch the golfers Tee off on #5 of the Sonoran Course. The community pool is located just out the back gate. Great pool and hot tub are there for your enjoyment.
