Enormous community park and walking paths along adjacent canal lead to a public golf course and offer excellent biking trails. We are surrounded by numerous shops Trader Joe's, Safeway, Fry's, Basha's, Sprouts. 5 min away there is Chandler Fashion Mall, 15 min away old Town Scottsdale & Scottsdale Fashion Square, There is an array of restaurants available 2 miles south in the Ray Rd corridor with movie theaters and more shopping and restaurants in Ahwatukee area just over the I-10 freeway. We are located in close proximity to sporting stadiums Tempe Diablo Stadium, 15 min away from Scottsdale spring training stadiums etc. Just across the 1-10 freeway, hiking trails stretch out throughout Ahwatukee and South Mountain along with 3 major Ahwatukee golf courses. The location of this property is simply phenomenal !
This basement home has been completely remodeled to offer gourmet kitchen featuring double convention VIKING oven along with Viking cooktop and Bosh dishwasher and a massive granite slab island perfect for entertainment. Kitchen is very well equipped for any avid chef! Even music enthusiasts will find the property equipped with a grand piano ready for your use! This is a very child friendly home: we have several different toys, stuffed animals for kids, outdoor slide and mini toddler house. The pool is heated and gated for your child's security. This property is quite spacious and allows lots of privacy as a result of fully finished basement allowing for essentially separate living quarters. Our home is conveniently located between major highway I-10 and 101 with easy access to the entire Phoenix metropolitan area. Our gated community offers lush community grounds as well as large beautiful community park with a playground. Less than a mile away you will find two lit tennis courts, Ken McDonald public golf course as well as Desert Breeze Railroad park offering beautiful lake setting along with train rides, merry-go-around and splash park, swings etc. A short drive over the highway will take you to Ahwatukee and South Mountain offering fantastic mountain biking as well as hiking opportunities. If you are a golf enthusiast, Ahwatukee features 2 fabulous golf courses. Less than 2 miles from the property, you will find an array of restaurants, movie theaters. Shopping at Sprout's, Trader Joe's, fry's , Safeway or Basha's is literally minutes away, less than a mile away. Old Town Scottsdale is a 15 min drive from the house, not to mention Tempe Town Lakes.
