Cute and good location
Small and quaint but has everything needed for a week stay. Location is central to lots of activities and restaurants but no traffic noise as its tucked in a little neighborhood. Charles is great and so friendly and was there if we needed anything!

Great place to stay
My husband and I stayed here for 2 weeks and greatly enjoyed the location, all the amenities of the property and the ease of checking in and out. It was comfortable and felt like our actual home for our period of stay.

Superb location, quiet neighbourhood
I stayed for 17 nights at this location and it really was a home away from home. Clean, comfortable and perfectly formed. Charles is an excellent host. As both myself and my boyfriend know the area well, he knew we didn't need much advice but he was very friendly any time we did meet. Proximity to the light rail and also 4peaks brewery excellent. I biked around for my stay and Tempe is extremely bike friendly.

If you are looking for a quaint bungalow in a quiet 50s historic neighborhood that's close to everything, then you have found the place to stay !
This fantastic location is less than two miles from ASU, Tempe Town Lake, Mill Avenue and Tempe Marketplace. A short 5 minute walk from numerous retail stores, grocery, and restaurants including the famous Four Peaks Brewery. Metro light rail at the edge of the neighborhood will transport you to downtown Phoenix while a free city shuttle bus will take you to downtown Tempe. The 202 & 101 freeways are 5 minutes away.
Tempe and surrounding communities are home to several annual events including the spring and fall arts festival, Rock'n'Roll marathon,Fiesta bowl block party, Iron Man triathlon, Phoenix Open golf, Barrett-Jackson car auction and baseball spring training camps.
Our bungalow is adjacent to a private home with a separate entrance. We offer all the comforts of home including a full kitchenette, washer/dryer, modern walk-in shower, patio with grill, cable tv, wifi, queen bed, linens, hair dryer and iron.
