This place is great! It is a perfect spot to get away with your pets. It is close to many of the great local hikes and there are some delicious restaurants within walking distance.

Very relaxing and comfortable
Very much enjoyed our stay. The location of the apartment unit was perfect and within walking distance to restaurants and sites. The outside patio area was relaxing having an awesome water feature.

Perfect and centrally located rental
We have stayed in no. 2 of Brad's rentals this time and if this is possible, this one is even more perfect than no. 1 we had last time. There is really everything you could possibly need, the kitchen is well furnished and the two bedrooms are spacious and well furnished, one has the washer and dryer but in a closet, so out of view (and it smells nice from fresh laundry). Both units have been really throughout clean and well equipped, with also enough electricity outlets, a rare thing in most rentals. What we appreciated most in this unit is the nice garden with a canvas for shade and table and chairs and a clean gas BBQ. We lived almost outdoors. Contact with Brad has always be pleasant and efficient and the deposit has been paid back with no delay. Also the cleaning woman we shortly met - I think it was the same as last time - was very nice and friendly. The location is very good within walking distance from several restaurants and shopping. A large grocery shop is almost just across the street. You have the wonderfull Sedona red rocks scenery right in front of your yard and it's a short drive to uptown Sedona for some fancy shopping. This units are pet-friendly, but there is absolutely no smell from pets. We appreciated this each time very much. We really recommend this three units and hope to be back some time.

Charming private cottage
This was a great place to stay while we explored Sedona. Clean and comfortable and dog friendly.

Beautiful desert oasis. Just remodeled, Pet Friendly, even has a doggy door. Great location. Walk to several great eating and drinking establishments, movie theaters, grocery stores, and trails. Private, fenced Patio with peaceful fountain, huge trees and Weber BBQ. Modern Kitchen. Bath with Double Vanity and Granite counter tops. 2 Comfortable queen size beds with high-end linens. The second bedroom has a Murphy Bed and a desk. In-unit washer and dryer. 40' flat screen TV with DVD. Walk a few steps to a Day Spa and Beauty Salon.
