Encouraging relaxation and and a sense of serenity, it is perched over (literally) the flowing creek and nestled under the towering cottonwoods, sycamores and pines. Dramatic red rock canyon walls surround us.
There are three bedroom suites and each has its own private spacious deck and full bath. The living room is centered with an inviting wood stove. A pool table and flat screen TV are in the game room. WIFI accessible, as well as Dish TV. There are cathedral beamed ceilings, hard wood floors and a new open kitchen with top of the line appliances and granite counter tops.
The home was designed to bring the outdoors in with large windows and skylights and 5 decks/patios. A new spa awaits you in our screened gazebo overlooking the convergence of Munds and Oak Creeks.
You may never want to leave the comfy hammock on the deck but there's lots to do and see in the area.
The historic and intimate Indian Gardens neighborhood is gated, private and quiet.
Cooler by 5 -15 degrees in the summer than Sedona yet only 4 miles away from uptown. The protective canyon walls, the cooling effect of the creek and the deep shade of the towering sycamores.
Stroll to the historical Indian Gardens Deli for breakfast on lunch. They offer fresh, delicious breakfasts and lunch as well as gourmet baked goods, and beer and wine on their patio. A real plus for our home.
The location has easy access to many trails, national monuments and parks, indian ruins, historical sites, horseback riding,biplane and helicopter tours, jeep tours, trout fishing (right under the deck!,) swimming holes, hot air ballooning, camping, spiritual awakening opportunities, great restaurants.
Birders find Oak Creek Canyon draws a wide variety of birds.
For the young ones there is the Trout Farm a quarter mile away where they can catch your supper.
We are centrally located only with a 2 hr drive to the Grand Canyon and 4 hrs to Las Vegas.

Because of our pristine location in Oak Creek Canyon the waste water system capacity must be limited. Very short showers etc. Please keep this in mind when choosing our Creek House. Because of this we limit the number of guests to 4. We can make exceptions up to 6 with recognition of the waste water system limitations and a charge of $50 per person a night for guests 5 and 6.
