AMAZING doesn't do it justice!

After miles of hiking and exploring the area, we enjoyed early mornings and evenings on the deck, soaking in the views. The home was perfect. Very clean and well stocked to make our family vacation comfortable and relaxing. The owners were quick to answer questions. I would definitely recommend this property!

Incredible View!
Jean H Sat, Feb 01 – Mon, Mar 02, 2020 Vrbo 5/5 Incredible View! This is the 5th house I've rented for a month in Sedona, and It has by far the best view! It's a panoramic view, and I loved the way the light changed on the red rocks throughout the day. It was also fun to see the hot air balloons going up about 7:30 am on most mornings. The house was well supplied with the basics such as paper towels, tissue, and pump hand wash. There are dispensers with shampoo and body wash in the bathrooms. When three family members joined me for a few days, they agreed that the beds are very comfortable. One was age 92, and she also commented on the quality of the linens on the twin bed she used. I'm already looking forward to returning in 2021!

The view changes with the light, we never tired of it - from watching the balloons in the morning to the sunset in the evening. The house is very thoughtfully stocked and the owners have thought of all the little things a guest might need. A really nice feature is that the master bedroom and is completely separated from the other bedrooms, so everyone felt like they had privacy. The owners were very prompt in questions we had prior and to minor questions we had while there. We will book again!

Awesome Views!
We have rented through VRBO many times over the years and this property is one of the best we've stayed at. Very quiet neighborhood and the views were one of the best in Sedona. We were able to meet the owner Reinier when we arrived since he was doing some work around the property. He was very pleasant, sociable and helpful with information about the house. We had two couples rent the house and it worked out great with the master bedroom on the opposite side of the house from the second bedroom so it was very private. Very roomy and cozy at the same time. The only problem we had was the ice maker in the refrigerator didn't work that well but we bought a bag of ice and took care of that. We had a great week and look forward to renting there again.

Incredible view
The view from the house could not be better. We were able to watch the hot air balloons rise each morning from behind the rocks. The location is convenient to everything. There were plenty of dishes, spices, and paper products; much more than any other home we’ve stayed at. The beds were very comfortable. We had a great time staying here.

The absolute perfect vacation spot
Imagine yourself waking up to magnificent mountain vistas with hot air balloons in the distance. Imagine yourself viewing the red rocks turning to vibrant hues as the sun sets. See these unobstructed views all from the comfort of your living room in this beautiful home accented by floor to ceiling windows and a deck that runs the length of the house. As if this is not enough, the 3 bedrooms, huge living room/dining room combo next to an expansive kitchen are casually yet tastefully appointed giving even a larger family room to breath and simply enjoy. The property has all you need to enjoy your stay down to soap, shampoo, laundry detergent and fabric sheets. Of course you need to bring some food but, spare that, all you have to do is show up and you are bound to have a good time. Shopping and dining is only a short drive and if hiking is on your agenda, you needn’t do more than walk about 200 yards to join the trail that circles Tabletop Mountain. Count on it. This is one great place to stay.

House with a view
The view is awesome. The house was quite spacious for two couples and our grown daughter. The owners were accessible by text to help with a few minor issues. The kitchen was well equipped but is dated. Also the balcony is an amazing place to hang out but could benefit from some more furniture that was comfortable. I would recommend the house as these things did not take away from our total enjoyment of our stay. We hiked over 25 miles in the 5 days there and were sad to leave Sedona. What a spectacular spot!

Panoramic picture window view
Our family stayed here ranging in ages 16 to 88 years old. The house is lovely. From the moment we walked in the front door it felt like home. Everyone’s needs were accommodated with the large kitchen ample baths and space enough to feel together, yet regather for the introverts. If the view through the large picture windows doesn’t take your breathe away the sunsets on the deck will. Renting this house was a very pleasant, enjoyable and positive experience. Any questions we had were promptly responded to by the owners. We have already recommended it to a few of our friends. We will definitely be returning.

Wonderful home. Very comfortable and well-equipped. The furnishings and beds were so comfortable. View was just spectacular. Great location. So disappointed our week was shortened by the impending record-breaking Quiana winter storm which left 18" of snow after we left. Owner was very nice and quick to respond. Would go back again in a heartbeat!

Incredible views
This home is in a great location, close to shops and access to both route 89 and 179 but still private and quiet. The view of Capitol Dome (thunder mt.) Is spectacular. The house was fully equipped with whatever a family would need. It has an open floor plan with comfortable seating and plenty of room for dining and food preparation. Washer and dryer are easily accessible. There are several good grocery stores within one mile (Safeway is the best) and a multitude of dining options nearby. Two of the Bedrooms are extremely spacious with king beds and the third is equipped with twins and perfect for kids or put together for an adult couple. Parking is adequate for several cars. I would not hesitate coming back.

Such a great time. Sedona is gorgeous! Grand Canyon.......well...no words! The house was perfect. Stunning views, great lay out and location! We loved the nights we stayed in and cooked at the house. I have rented quite a few HomeAway homes and I have to say I was so impressed with this one. Great info left from the owners about both the house and sights to see. We had 2 couples (although there is a third bedroom we didn’t use) and were very comfortable with both the bedrooms and living area. Thanks Catherine and Reinier, for sharing your home. Such a treat for us!!!

Beautiful View, Great Location, Attentive Owners
If you want to stay in a house that has a gorgeous view, is convenient to the sites in Sedona, includes all the features that you want and need, and has owners who take care of the house, you have found it. My wife, three adult children and son-in-law stayed here in early January 2019 and loved it. There is plenty of room for 6, and we didn't even sit outside much. The owners pay attention to all the details, even marking light and fan switches and sending you directions and hike/restaurant recommendations in advance. Highly recommended. FYI, the twin bedroom worked well for two college-aged young adults in case you think it may be only for small children.

Views, Space, Light, Lovely Owners, Great Location
I can’t say enough about this sacred space. The full on huge 180 window view blows you away when you walk in the front door. The location can’t be beat if you shop at Whole Foods like we do. The fireplaces just added to the appeal, we really enjoyed them unexpectedly. The wrap around deck we used daily. The kitchen is huge with plenty of cooking/prepping space. They even have 2 non-stick, non-toxic, Green Pans, Pyrex, and several Stainless Steel pans with wooden (not just plastic) cooking utensils, for those of us who are healthy eaters and care what we cook our food in. Also appreciated the unbleached coffee pot filters and blender. Love the key code on front door too! Lovely receptive Owners. We will be back.

Simply Stunning
A very beautiful property perched in just the right spot. The views are amazing. It was a bit too chilly to sit out on the deck in December, but we were told that we happened to hit a cold spell and the deck faces North so it remained shaded. But, it was so comfy being inside the living room with the fire going and having the same amazing views! We went as two couples and we kept cooking at home because we had the best views of anywhere from the dining room table. The guys did their golf thing and the girls did their shopping thing. We're already looking to go back!

Great Property
The property was great - large rooms - beds comfortable - kitchen complete, and 3 bathrooms to boot, and of course clean. The host did a great job of updating us on the property, lights were marked for usage, etc. The little details like having coffee filters in the property, spices in the rack, and other little touches were totally unexpected and made the whole experience feel like home vs a hotel. The view is awesome with wall to wall windows over looking Thunder Mountain and Coffee Pot Rock. There are 3-5 great restaurants within a mile including great food and music too. The airport loop can be hiked without ever getting in the car. Really enjoyed it.!

Great views and comfortable
Our party of three couples thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Panorama Perch. As advertised, the views were amazing and we were treated to some sensational sunsets. The house was roomy and comfortable for all and the kitchen has plenty of dish ware and cookware for preparing our meals. The location is convenient to shopping, restaurants and hiking trails, but beware of Sedona traffic at times.

Amazing property with a stunning view
My husband, adult daughter and I recently spent a week at this property. Absolutely outstanding. The house is well equipped with anything you might need. The kitchen is a cook’s dream, but we ate most of our dinners out. The house is very well located, just a short walk to the airport loop hike which offers views of the entire valley. We spent almost everyday hiking except for one day of rain. We took that opportunity to visit museums. We also took a day trip to the Grand Canyon and Flagstaff. The view from this house is awe inspiring. As I write this I am watching hot air balloons floating by. What a lovely place. Can’t wait to return someday.

This house is spectacular. Stunning views from all areas of the house. Don't know if I enjoyed the morning coffee with the Hot air balloons rising over Chimney Rock to the evenings on the deck with my favorite beverage looking at the stars. Catherine was Great to work with quick responses to emails and suggestions on hiking trails and shopping. Overall tremendous trip would recommend this location to everyone seeking sun, hiking day trip to Grand Canyon and Flagstaff. Can't forget lunch in Jerome 30 minutes from Sedona great little town.

The Perfect Location
We can't say enough about what a wonderful experience it was staying in Catherine and Reinier's beautiful home. First of all the views are unsurpassed. From every window and the back deck you are immersed in a red rock view. Early in the morning you are treated with a view of hot air balloons floating over the red rock formations. And you can enjoy beautiful sunrises and sunsets right from the deck. The home is outfitted with anything you might need and equipped with plenty of supplies. We appreciated all the extra sheets, towels, tissues, paper towels, laundry supplies, etc. The location is excellent. It was so close to restaurants, grocery stores. And there are so many interesting archaeological sites close by. Catherine provides you with a comprehensive list of things to do in the area. After 6 visits to Sedona she suggested a place we had never heard of. On our next visit to Sedona we will be sure to contact Catherine to stay in her lovely home.

The view is just the beginning
The views from this house are spectacular without a doubt. But, the house it's self is remarkable also. First of all it was very clean. The beds were so comfortable my husband said he slept better there than at home. Although we did not cook much, the kitchen was stocked with everything you could possibly need. Plenty of dishes, silverware and pots and pans. Although you are less than a 1/2 mile from 89A you feel like you are in a secluded area away from everything. The neighborhood was very quite. While sitting on the deck enjoying coffee all I heard were birds chirping. Catherine was a joy to work with. Very responsive. I had a couple of minor questions, and she responded within minutes. As stated before, this house is less that 1/2 mile from 89A, main road through Sedona. So you are less than 5 minutes from grocery stores and restaurants. I would say you would be hard pressed to find a better house with a view and location than this one. Sedona is a beautiful place and this is a wonderful home to enjoy while there.

Amazing, peaceful, beautiful, convenient!!
The impact of the incredible view as you walk into the house was just breathtaking! The house was beautiful, clean and close to grocery stores and restaurants. The kitchen was large and well stocked for cooking. The veranda was our favorite spot - looking out at the Red Rocks from every direction. We could watch both the sunrise and the sunset from there. The bedrooms were large and comfortable. The beds were very comfortable as well. The living room was cozy and had a great TV set up but we didn't stay around there long enough to really watch TV. It was a place we loved being in and hated to leave at the end of our week. We will come back to this house - hopefully many more times!

Spectacular vacation getaway
Upon arrival to the house we were immediately drawn to the back porch. The view over West Sedona and the rock formations was breath taking. Once settled in we continued to be amazed by the home. It provided a very comfortable place to relax after a hard day of mountain biking. The large windows still allow great views even when you are indoors avoiding the heat. There was plenty of room for our group of six to spread out and enjoy the stay. Despite being close to town and houses nearby, we felt like we were away from everything. The neighborhood is quiet and peaceful. This is one of the best vacation rentals I have ever stayed in and hope to stay there again.

Simply Spectacular!!!!!
We loved this home, was our best VRBO home yet. The view was spectacular with red rocks constantly changing. We took my mother to see Sedona and the "ranch" style with no steps was perfect. The house is spacious, the residential area is quiet. You could be bird watching, mesmerized by the red rock views, star gazing or simply reading a book - this house was perfect!!! We will be back.

Best of the best views!
Prime location in the heart of Sedona with stunning views. Comfortable home with excellent beds and a truly well equipped kitchen. Our group of women cooked nightly and never needed something in the kitchen that was not there from cooking vessels to serving pieces and utensils. Very easy in and out. Owners are very responsive and clearly want to make sure you enjoy your visit. Friendlier than most towns with a community feel. If you lack for something to do, you aren't trying.

Beautiful, comfortable, super clean
This was the perfect home base for our Arizona adventures. The house is spacious, comfortable and very quiet. The kitchen is well-stocked with pots, pans and spices, so we were able to cook here instead of going out to eat all the time. Catherine was a great communicator. Awesome- We thoroughly enjoyed our stay
We stay in a lot of vacation rentals and this is one at the top of the list. The views from every room were incredible. The beds were comfortable. The house was clean, and the kitchen was well equipped. We hiked the airport loop trail which was beautiful and the trail was accessed across the street. I love it when we can go on a great hike and don’t even need to get in the car. There are restaurants within a 1/2 mile which we walked to. There are gorgeous hikes all around Sedona and all them are within 30 minutes or less from the house. The owners and housekeeper were great to work with. We had an incredible week and this beautiful house added so much comfort to our stay. Thank you so much for sharing your house with us.

Peacefully nestled at the top of a subdivision enviously located close to all amenities, minutes walk to a fantastic trail, this home has it all. Beautiful open concept design with bedrooms and baths on opposite ends offers the utmost in privacy and comfort, with 2 gas fireplaces , a jacuzzi tub and a wrap-around balcony which bathes in the glory of Sedona’s red rocks from sun up to sun down . Truely inviting living room with picture windows that skillfully draw the outdoors in.

Sedona is renown for its radiant red rocks. To truely take it in, one can take one of the hundreds of walking/cycling trails which dot the surroundings, whether out of a leisurely 20 minute stroll or a more adventurous day hike or a mountain bike ride, one will constantly be seized by breathtaking Beaty. Sedona has merged the comforts of modern life unobtrusively with the grandeur of nature . It affords a wonderful experience and should not be missed.
