Great place!
The house is located with easy access to Hwy 101 which makes it very easy to navigate. Owner is very responsive! Had a minor problem that could have waited until we left but fixed that night. I took my parents (85 & 87) the floor plan was great with 2 separate bedroom areas. Doors to the pool from both bedrooms and the living area. Very comfortable accommodations. Would return!

lovely 2 bedroom/2 bathroom house with easy freeway access, close to multiple shopping centers. Heidi was wonderful to rent from and will definitely stay here again when coming next to Scottsdale! M Shadel

Beautifully situated
I spent a fun-filled long weekend at this property with friends. The house has been beautifully renovated and is perfectly located near shopping, spas, and entertainment venues. We had a fabulous time and hope to be able to stay here again.

You get more than you pay for!
I really enjoyed staying at this property. It was tastefully decorated, clean and just what I was looking for. The price was right and close to everything in Scottsdale, especially the Spa Lamar which I really looked forward to going to and was amazing! It was very quiet in the neighborhood. I didn't hear a thing from other neighbors. Don't pass this opportunity up!

A Delightful Month!
This was my first attempt @ renting a house for any length of time & I am glad I chose this one! Villa Lamar is a "charming cottage". Heidi has added her decorating touches to every comfortable room. This 2 bedroom/2 bath home has all the conveniences (we never even ran out of hot water in the showers after hiking up Camelback!). The french doors that open to the patio make the house feel open and airy. The location makes exploring easy, near freeways, shopping, hiking, theaters & parks. We were still discovering things to do and places to go at the end of our stay!

This single level home is freestanding, not a condo or townhouse and has a split floor plan to maximize privacy.There are flat screen TVs and DVD players in the living room and both bedrooms, plush, pillow Euro-mattresses, leather couch with pull out bed and high end designer furnishings throughout. The back yard features a brand new pool and a fully fenced yard. It is located in a quiet residential neighborhood within 10 minutes of West World, Spring Training Baseball fields, Mayo Clinic, Keirland, Scottsdale Quarter and only 15 minutes from Old Town Scottsdale. Within 2 miles you will find hundreds of restaurants, great shopping and even a movie theatre.
One week minimum, please!
