You gotta love a place that is exactly as advertised and reviewed! Great location, beautiful property, quiet and safe neighborhood, incredibly clean...everything you want in a vacation home. The owners were very accommodating and easy to work with. We look forward to returning in 2018!

Final Four Trip
While planning my final four trip to Phoenix, my girlfriend suggestion I stay at a VRBO. To be honest I had never heard of VRBO. I will now only stay at VRBO's while on vacation because of Leslie/David and my stay at their house (they call their home Michelle). From the very start of renting Michelle, the experience was first class!! Leslie answered any and all questions about Michelle and even gave us suggestions of places to eat when we landed in Phoenix and were heading to Michelle. She also gave us suggestions on things to do while in Phoenix/Scottsdale. Michelle is a beautiful and well maintained home in North Scottsdale. The minute we step into Michelle we felt right at home. Everything you would have at your own home is there and then some. Furnishings were very comfortable, bedrooms were nice with very comfortable beds. The master bathroom suite was awesome, the shower had dual showerheads that were high enough you didn't have to bend over while showering (I'm 6' 4"). The kitchen had everything you need to cook and Leslie even had it stocked with the basics for us plus a couple bottles of wine. Michelle was a great place to come home to after the games and the crazy crowds to unwind and relax. The final four was an Unbelievable Experience and staying at Michelle just added to the memories of a great trip to the valley of the sun!!!! Leslie and Michelle have made me a VRBO person for life! Only way to go!!! On future trips to the Valley of the Sun I will only stay at Michelle and will plan my trip around her availability! Thank You Very Much Leslie/David and Michelle for a great vacation! You're The Best!!! See you next year, if not sooner! Gene

Freshly redone, this luxurious house features OPEN CONCEPT LIVING ROOM with leather couches and chairs seating 7, plus 2 big ottomans in front of a 70" SmartTV, cable, BluRay, DVD, Netflix, fast wireless Internet. The MASTER SUITE has a leather love seat for cozy reading and a suede king bed across from a 55" Smart TV. The WALL OF WINDOWS overlooks the south-facing back yard with flowers, BBQ, granite table with seating for 6, fire table and space. This suite includes a new full bath, an empty walk-in closet and separate toilet toom. There are two more bedrooms , each with comfortable queen beds and big empty closets. The second full bath is also brand new. The restful DEN has two suede loveseat facing each other across an antique trunk. Windows from the DEN, which includes a desk, overlook a private back yard. There is a large, COVERED REAR PATIO with casual seating under a big fan, a gas BBQ, fire table and granite dining table seating 6. The front flagstone PATIO is spacious. There is an ATTACHED TWO-CAR GARAGE The interior LAUNDRY ROOM is adjacent to, but separate from the EAT-IN KITCHEN with a glass table seating 6. The cooking area has slab granite counters and new, stainless appliances. Chef-equipped kitchen. Plan your dinner party or Thanksgiving in Paradise now.
The house has dog door only for individually well-qualified pets. A huge, green 71 acre park is directly behind the house. Walk to Phoenix Open or play golf at this TPC course. Barrett Jackson and Russo & Steele, the two famous car auctions, are under 10 minutes away, as are the Celebration of Fine Art, The Scottsdale Arabian Horseshow at Westworld. Spring Training is 15 minutes away, right down the 101. Shop to your heart's content, see movies or dine at Kierland Commons, Scottsdale Quarter, Scottsdale 101, Desert Ridge, Nordstrom Rack. All are less than 12 minutes away. Mayo Hospital is 10 minutes away. Need more than the food basics we provide? Trader Joes, Albertsons, Costco and Target are less than 15 minutes away. The library and public pool (McDowell Mountain Aquatic and Fitness Center) are both nearby. Hiking on beautiful trails in the McDowell Mountains are a ten-minute drive away. Our house is across the street from the Tournament Players Course and the Waste Management Phoenix Open, close to Mayo Clinic Hospital (7 minutes), two minutes to highway access for Cactus League Spring Training (15 min drive), Barrett Jackson Auto Events (5 mins), Russo and Steele Auto Auction (5 mins), Westworld Arabian Horse Show (5mins). Next to 71 acre park with playground and basketball court, soccer fields, walking path. Minutes to Desert Ridge, Scottsdale Quarter, Scottsdale Fashion Square, Kierland Commons for outstanding shopping, Minutes to every type of retail and service: Trader Joes, Costco, Target, groceries, pharmacies, cleaners, etc.
The MIM (Musical Instrument Museum and concert hall) is a 10 minute drive. Enjoy the glorious Desert Botanic Garden (25 mins) and world-famous Heard Museum (American Indian art and culture, museum store, 30 mins).
Check out the concerts at the Scottsdale Center for the Arts, Phoenix Symphony Hall, Talking Stick and other smaller venues, all under 30 mins away.
Three casinos are convenient as well.
Day Trips from Phoenix include: Sedona, Prescott, Tucson and Flagstaff.
