Cleaning fee $350
Please no pets or smoking. Monthly stays incur a higher cleaning fee and higher pool/spa heating fees. January thru April reservations are non cancelable and nonrefundable. Summer season rentals $150 allowance given for cooling..amounts over allowance will be deducted from the damage deposit. Damage deposit authorization of $500-$1000 (summer rentals) on all stays.
