Minimum StayGreat Place To Relax, Great Location!
This is one comfortable, well appointed home for a family getaway! We are a multigenerational family (grandparents, daughter and son-in-law and 2 grandkids), and both the layout of the home and its amenities suited us perfectly. Outstanding curb appeal; when we drove up, we knew we'd made a great choice (even better than the pictures you see here). The grandkids (8 and 6) just loved the pool/hot tub and putting green, not to mention the pool table and big screen TVs. We adults appreciated the kitchen/dining area and the covered (and uncovered) pool decking area, with shade for those who need it and sunny spaces for those who want it. The solar pool cover is a bit cumbersome, but does an outstanding job at keeping the temperature where you want it. Proximity to the Lost Dog Wash trailhead made it convenient to hike nearly every day of our visit. Excellent grocery shopping is nearby, and the easy access to the outer loop made getting around the metro area and up to Camp Verde and Sedona very convenient. Vinny is a great guy to work with and super helpful when you have a question, and the booking process couldn't have been easier. We highly recommend this property for anyone looking for a relaxing vacation in the desert!

Excellent house and location.
Excellent house and location. This place was clean, comfortable, and pretty big too. We had ten of us there and it worked. We played pool and opened the big doors; beautiful weather even in December. On the hot days the pool was perfect. We elected to heat it to 89 and I recommend doing that. The beds were soft and big, the kitchen was wonderful, but the back yard was the best. We putted on the 4-hole putting green, shot baskets in the pool, and then we cooked smores at night on the fire pit - wood provided. Vinny took great care of us. This place is closer to the mountains and it was the furthest rental on our list, but we never drove much more than 10 minutes anywhere. 5-star resort!!

Great house, convenient location
I've been coming to Scottsdale for spring training for almost a decade. We've rented a number of different houses over the years, and this one ranks near the top. Vinny was super helpful and made sure any minor issues were taken care of immediately. Being able to swim (including basketball in the pool!), use the hot tub, and spend time outside while watching NCAA basketball was awesome. Overall great house with great indoor/outdoor flow.

We refer to this home as having "the Perfect Scottsdale Location". 7 to 10 minutes to all the Action and Big Events. The Phoenix Open Golf Tourney, the Barrett-Jackson Auto Auction, and Arabian and Quarter Horse shows at West World Arena, many Art Shows.
For Major League Baseball Spring Training: Only 7 minutes away is "Talking Stick Park" & Casino, home of The Diamondbacks and Colorado Rockies and in “Old Town Scottsdale”, 12 minutes away you'll find the SF Giants field, "Scottsdale Stadium".
Other attractions just 7 minutes away are the newly opened Odysea Aquarium and Butterfly Wonderland and the one of a kind Musical Insturment Muesem is just 20 minutes away.

Water and other sports? ...Yes...20 minutes to at Saguaro Lake. 25 to 35 minutes to the Stadiums for professional football, basketball and hockey events.
Don't be fooled by the properties listed as "Scottsdale or Scottsdale Area" which are in other parts of Phoenix, Fountain Hills, Chandler, Gilbert or North Scottsdale which are 20 to 30 miles and an hour away from all of the action!

These spacious areas offer a very nice privacy buffer on the side and back yards, 110 feet on the west and 100 feet to the south from neighboring homes.

The home features two large sitting areas, one is a family / TV room connected to a large gourmet kitchen and with a wet bar for all your favorite beverages. The other entertainment room has a 60 inch large screen TV with sitting area for watching your favorite events while playing pool on a professional billiard table.
The property also has a 20 foot wall of glass that opens completely to a large resort style heated pool and oversized hot tub, along with a South facing backyard so you can really soak up the sun!
Off of the Family Room there is another 10 foot glass wall that opens to a pavered patio with a fire pit and sitting area. Surround sound is all around in and out, you will feel like you are lounging at your own private resort. Next, there is a great Master Bedroom Suite with a walk in dual shower and large Jacuzzi tub.
