Great pool, kitchen, but not all private bedrooms
We had a family get-together here. It was in the summer so we were glad that our son was able to rent some pop-ups to give shade around the pool as it was very hot. The slide was fun, but missing some tiles so it was a bit rough. We needed 7 bedrooms so we rented the guest house as well. It is located down the hill. The bathroom was not partitioned from the one bedroom so the 2nd bedroom had to enter bathroom from outside. Very inconvenient. One of the upstairs bedrooms in the house had to walk-through a second bedroom to exit so it made that 2nd bedroom not private. This was a big drawback and inconvenience. I would not count this “exit” bedroom as being private. The owner was pleasant and helpful. We loved the big refrigerator and freezer, and the nice kitchen and pantry area.

Great House!!
This house has an amazing pool and a great out door kitchen area! My kids really really enjoyed the water slide. Couldn't ask for a better experience then the one we got!

Unique Property, Great for Groups
The house and accompanying guest house were able to accommodate my group of 14 with ease and comfort. The location in PV is a perfect, central location with easy access to all the attractions of downtown Phoenix, Scottsdale, and not too much further from everywhere else. The property itself was in great condition with high end amenities (Pool w Slide, large fridge/freezer space/ample linens and towels). One small complaint was no stereo system to hook an Iphone into for music so I would recommend bringing your own dock/speakers if this is important to you. I would definitely stay again and would recommend this property to anyone entertaining a large group.

Golf/Football Weekend
15 of us stayed here for 4 nights for a golf trip. The house and entire property was great, exactly as advertised. Guy was very accommodating and even invited us to his neighbours party next door. The only issues that came up were the pool light and some of the landscape lights weren't working, but were quickly rectified by Guy and his employee. I would definitely stay here again and would recommend this house to any group!!

Like staying in a private resort
I absolutely loved this property, & the picture's surely did not do it justice. The back yard provided such great entertainment for the family, and the pool was more than big enough for our family. We received exceptional customer service from the time we booked, even the housekeeping staff. I appreciate everyone helping make this trip memorable.

Vacation of a lifetime
Loved the waterfall over the pool, and being able to add pool heat during our stay made it even better! My kids love to swim, and being out doors so this property was perfect! My daughter wants her birthday to be spent at this house she loved it so much. Highly recommend!

Amazing Experience!!!!!
We headed to Arizona to get out of the cold here in Minnesota! We rented one of the most amazing homes I have ever been in. This home truly has it all, I don’t even know where to start. The living space has an enormous TV and not to mention plenty of seating conveniently located near the kitchen which was amazing. Of course if that wasn’t enough the theatre in this place was like a venue rather than something you would find in a home with enough seats for everyone to stretch across two chairs if they wanted. It was truly amazing. On to the back yard if you can call it that. The pool had so many lounge chairs I lost count. The grotto was awesome with a cool seating, music and a TV. The hot tub was a crowd favorite as well, as you can see the city lights or just look back at the beautiful home we were at. Finally the piece that really brought it together was really the process of it all. Walking into a home like this is a bit overwhelming but the staff was there to show us the whole home and how all the lights and TV’s worked which is nice as I am sure we could have spent hours trying to figure it all out. On top of that they were nice enough to have some beverages in the fridge to get us started. Oh not to mention the daily maid service I can’t tell you how much we enjoyed that as other homes we have rented simply don’t come with this kind of service. Loved every minute of our vacation in this home!
