Come stay at our gorgeous luxury family home in the most highly desirable part of Scottsdale and is a 5 minute drive to the Kierland Commons, 5 minutes Talking Stick Resort and 10 minutes to Old Town Scottsdale.. Sitting on almost an acre lot, it is both spacious and elegant. Approximately 5,100 square feet, a total of 7 bedrooms (1 bedroom is a converted office with a high-end memory foam king size sleeper sofa), and 4.5 bathrooms. The professionally designed and remodeled kitchen has both the novice and skilled chef in mind with gourmet Thermador appliances/6 burner gas range with griddle. Two ensuite bedrooms (each with a king-sized bed) are conveniently located on the main floor. Gorgeous hardwood winding staircase leads to large primary master suite (with unique artful screen to master balcony) as well as two other bedrooms. • Bedroom 3 upstairs: 2 Twin Beds (or can arranged as king, if requested) Large enough to add an air bed or pack-n-play, good sized walk-in closet, shares hall bath, 50" TV, Sleeps 2.
• Bedroom 4 main floor: King Bed, ensuite Full Bath, TV, Sleeps 2

The Billiard room has a beautiful custom built pool table next to the fire place seating area with a 70” smart TV.
The large Media/game room has a built-in bar with mini-fridge and bar sink, foosball table and large game table with dry erase boards for keeping score or kids drawings. It is equipped with a brand new 80” TV and amazing sound system that is wifi/Bluetooth enabled which can be played throughout the house. It has 2 sets of french doors leading to large outdoor patio.
The private sparkling heated pool (newly renovated in Jan 2017) is a treat to dip into after lounging poolside. The resort-style grassy backyard includes chic outdoor furnishings, covered patios, courtyard, hot tub, games (shuffle board, corn hole, ping pong), swing set, BBQ, fire-pit and a new 70 inch TV. There is also a massive teak outdoor eating table that will seat up to 12.
This home is one mile from the 101 freeway and 5-15 minutes from Spring Training games at Talking Stick (located adjacent to the Casino), Top Golf, Odysea Aquarium (opened Fall 2016--largest Aquarium in the southwest)/Dolphinaris--swimming with dolphins, iFLY Phoenix, Kierland Commons, Scottsdale Quarter, Scottsdale Fashion Square Mall, Old Town Scottsdale, Westworld (Arabian Horse show) many fine dining restaurants (Mortons, Eddie V's, Mastro's Ocean Club, City Hall, Dominic's Steakhouse, Westin Kierland resort/golf course and many other amazing golf courses in Scottsdale. 5 minutes from TPC/Phoenix Waste Management open , as well as the unbelievable nightlife scene in Old Town Scottsdale.
