Enjoyed our stay!
We have come to Phoenix for spring training for the last 17 years, and have always stayed in a hotel. This year we were traveling with another couple and decided to rent a condo. For us, Casa Requena II was the perfect location. We were close to shopping, restaurants, ballparks and freeways. The condo was very clean, quiet, and well stocked with all the comforts of home. We would definitely stay here again and recommend it to others.

Excellent Location
The Casa Requena II felt like a home away from home! It's ideally located within walking distance from downtown Scottsdale and only 15 minutes from the airport. We would definitely request this condo again for future travels to Scottsdale!

Perfect!
We will certainly rent this place again. It was wonderful and the owners were great! We arrived about 1AM and needed the assistance of the owner (because of our oversight) and she was as patient and helpful as we could hope. We would recommend this to anyone! Great location and had everything you could ever want.

In the heart of Old Town Scottsdale, this condo provides a king and a queen bed; all the bedding and towels included. The kitchen is completely furnished (dishes, tableware, small appliances, etc.). The unit includes a washer and dryer. Wi-fi and cable TV are included. Each bedroom has a TV, as well as one in the living room. The community has a hot tub and pool. This is a gated community and the Scottsdale Trolley stops right outside the gates every 20 minutes; it will take you around various areas of Scottsdale for free. One covered parking spot is provided, with additional parking for guests.
