You will find multi-use pathways perfect for biking, jogging, and walking, and some beautiful architecture of the surrounding homes in Arcadia. You are walking distance from the popular camelback mountain hiking trails, and a short bicycle ride to Old Town Scottsdale.
The beautifully designed interior space has been professionally furnished with luxurious furnishings, stylish accessories, and distinguished wall art to maximize comfort and luxury. The home has over 5400 square feet of livable space inside, and well over 2000 square feet of outdoor living areas with an attached triple car garage for the toys.
The kitchen has been designed with a professional cook in mind; 6 burner gas stove, full size side-by-side fridge and freezer, wall & steam oven, wine fridge, microwave, and dishwasher. Just off the kitchen is a large temperature controlled wine room waiting to be stocked with your favorite wines. Everything needed for preparing a delicious meal and entertaining is provided in the fully stocked kitchen complete with cookware, electrics, bakeware and accessories.
Each of the 5 bedrooms have been designed to make the guest feel relaxed and pampered. The private master suite includes a tv, fireplace, ensuite with soaker tub and spacious walk in closet. Each bedroom comes with a tv, comfortable bed and luxurious linens. Three of the bedrooms have personal ensuites, while the two guest bedroom in the East wing share a bathroom. There is an additional pull out bed in the den to accommodate additional guests when required.
The home boasts two dining areas, a large office complete with a printer and supplies, a huge laundry room with utility sink and cabinets large enough for storage, a large open living area with a 60” flat screen tv and fireplace. But why stay indoors?
The home also has a beautiful yard. Numerous out door lounge spaces offer many areas to enjoy the beautiful Arizona weather. Take a dip in the outdoor pool, drink wine by the fire pit, or read a book by the out door water fountain. With beautiful views of Camelback Mountain you will want to spend time in the back yard.

No refund of initial 50% deposit upon booking. Cancellations within 30 days entire rental amount is non refundable.
Final quote will be sent and payment will be collected but not charged. You will then be sent a rental agreement for your stay. Once rental agreement is signed payment for the 50% deposit will be charged with the remaining ballance being charged 30 days prior to the check in date.
