Reasonably priced very nice two bedroom townhouse conveniently located in a gated community with a pool near shopping and an expressway interchange in Central Scottsdale. Both bedrooms are on the second floor with the master having a comfortable king with a bathroom with both a tub and shower stall. Clean, well ordered and recommended.

Great Condo In Scottsdale
This was the perfect condo for our family of 4 to come watch some spring training baseball at Salt River Fields. The place looked just like the pictures showed. It was very clean and in great shape! The owner Don is amazing. He was very helpful from the start of the booking process to the day we left his condo. Instructions were very clear as to how to enter the property. I would absolutely recommend this property and we are planning on possibly looking at making this an annual visit. There are many restaurants, golf courses, and shops within blocks of the condo. Perfect vacation!

Wonderful home away from home
My wife and I, two passionate golferes, stayed at this beautiful home in december – and having a wonderful house back home, we’ve certainly enjoyed the stay in this townhouse. First the location in Scottsdale – in a beautiful quiet gated community and yet only a short drive away from all the nice restaurants and shops downtown Scottsdale. And for the golfers right in the center of all the great golf courses in the south, north and west of Scottsdale/Phoenix. Second the house – everything is very new , clean and well maintained, comfortably furnished, and equipped with everything you possibly need. And third but not least the owner – Don goes out of his way to make your stay as comfortable and wonderful as possible. We absolutely enjoyed our stay, thank you Don for having us.

Located in beautiful Scottsdale, Unit has near new leather couch's, king size master bed, Wi-Fi, Tropitone patio Chairs and granite counter tops in the kitchen. Beautiful Pool area w/BBQ. Close to Shopping, Restaurants, Golf and Mayo Clinic. Near 92nd and Shea Boulevard, just 20 minutes from Sky Harbor Airport. It is located in a very convenient central location. This two-story townhouse is in a Small Quiet, Gated community, and was built in 1998 with 1250 square feet and attached, Two-car garage. This unit is fully furnished and has its own small private patio... just bring your clothes and swimsuits!
Pool area is beautifully landscaped with gas grills and covered patio area - perfect for a relaxing afternoon or evening.
Mayo Clinic is about four miles away. Golf, Restaurants, Shopping and Entertainment are abundant and just minutes away. Long Bike/Walking path is nearby.
This is a relaxing, beautiful place to stay.
