Excellent overall. Wonderful follow thru on all fronts by owner. Sunny, quiet and superb location gives you a thumbs up on all fronts for this townhouse. Could use a few more lamps for reading both living room and bedrooms but really no serious issues at all. Owner Rick took care of every issue quickly and efficiently. Paradise Valley location encourages one to access the best of the Valley. A winner.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Villages at Stone Creek in mid Feb 2017. The 2 bedroom villa was great, nicely furnished, quiet and very conveniently located to many fine shopping & dining options, with easy access to expressways for day trips to wonderful Prescott and amazing Sedona. The Stone Creek golf course is definitely worth squeezing in a round, and the villa Owner/Host (Rick) was extremely helpful, courteous & responsive.

Home sweet home. Modern condo, great location in the Villages at Stone Creek complex, 4850 E. Desert Cove Ave, Unit 327 near to Tatum and Shea. Community is steps from Stone Creek Golf Course! Shopping is close by. A quiet 3rd floor unit with an open floor plan and all new furnishings. Community features well manicured grounds, heated pool/hot tub and plenty BBQ stations. The complex is very quiet and well-maintained, fully furnished 2 bedroom, 2 full bathrooms and tastefully decorated. Fully equipped kitchen with all stainless steel appliances. Amenities include wireless high speed internet, fitness center, heated pool and spa, gas barbecues, washer and dryer in unit, covered parking, and covered patio.
Close to shopping, golf and dining in one of the most desired neighborhoods in Scottsdale.
