Upon entry through the double front doors, you will find yourself in the front room complete with a regulation size pool table, a high-top table with zebra-patterned chairs, and an antique-style dining set that comfortably seats six. The kitchen has been refurbished with travertine floors, granite countertops, rich wood cabinets, electric glass stovetops, and natural skylights. The living room comes with a flatscreen TV, wood fireplace, and comfortable leather couches.
Three bedrooms are configured with queen size beds, while the fourth is fitted with a king mattress. Each bedroom comes with its own TV as well. The master suite features a king bed, vaulted ceilings, matching nightstands, private access to the backyard, and a separate sitting area. In the master bathroom you'll find a tiled dual walk-in rain-style shower, a walk-in closet, his/hers sinks, and a separate jetted bathtub. The humongous backyard is certainly worth mentioning. The majestically tall pine trees and palm trees provide ample shade to the expansive lawn, and the built-in gas grill equipped with a long bar and fridge will provide hours of entertainment.
