Looking to catch a game? Try the 80-inch TV with a view overlooking the gorgeous city. Don’t feel like staying indoors? Go for a hike up Camelback Mountain on your private trailhead and explore the beauty of the surrounding rock.

Holiday Rental has strict guest requirements that must be met in order to qualify to book this home. All seasons are a 4 night minimum, we may be able to make exceptions and accept a 3 night rental depending on seasonality and availability

• 12 Standard occupancy and 16 maximum occupancy. Any guests exceeding the standard occupancy will be charged an additional guest fee

• Pool Can Be Heated at an additional cost of $150 per day (must be entire stay)
• Rollaway beds are available at a cost of $150(each) for the stay

o Signed rental agreement within 48 hrs of booking is required to book this home
o Occupancy is limited to (max occupancy), any additional guest will be charged at $250/person/day
o No Bachelor Parties, Weddings or Other Events
o No loud noise after 9pm. Violation could result in removal without refund.
o Must be 33 year of age to book this home
o A valid Credit Card will be filled at the time of booking for all incidentals
o Cancelation of a reservation will result in a loss of all rents paid. Reservations are Non-Refundable
