Excellent retreat in N. Scottsdale
The 2 bed and 2 bath and kitchen was nicely decorated and very functional for our needs. I really enjoyed having the desk and office chair since I needed to work one of the days during my stay. I enjoyed using the gym treadmill and weights. I loved watching the sunset and sunrise in the sky lounge. The parking spot was close to the building. The elevator worked good. The road behind the complex provided a nice walk. Walking next door to Starbucks and then across the street to wholefoods was awesome. Dana instructions for arrival and departure were perfect. My only recommendation to owner is too upgrade the internet speed, which was fine

Weather was perfect...great Italian at Tutti Santi, White Chocolate Grill close by and Cold Beer and Cheeseburgers was awesome!

Great place A++
Very nice property! Loved the the roof top lounge, we had some really nice sunsets. This unit is close to the pool, never had issues with noise. This two bedroom was very clean and well appointed. There is a really nice game room with a pool table. There is a Starbucks & a really sports bar you can walk to, it has an AWESOME patio. Its nice nice knowing the owners live close by if there were to be an issue. This complex is very new, I can't imagine any problems. Highly recommend

Very upscale and clean
We loved this condo! Absolutely beautiful! It truly does look just like the picture. Very clean and comfortable. We loved having 2 full bathrooms since we were traveling with our adult daughter. This condo would be perfect for 2 couples too. We loved the pool, workout room, firepit and rooftop lounge. We used them all. Very convenient location close to hiking, stores and restaurants. About 20 minutes from old town which is really neat too.

Contemporary and precisely designed this suite offers upscale desert living at its finest. The sunny and bright living room is appointed with a comfy sofa, side chair and a 42 inch flat screen TV with expanded cable. Eat in or out on the furnished patio.
This two bedroom/two full bath offers a split floor plan; great when sharing with another couple or the kids. Only steps to the pool, game room and always open fitness center. Cross the street to Chauncey Ranch & the Scottsdale 101 and visit the Whole Foods grocery, movie theater, a beer brewery and lots of other dining options.
About The Area
Many restaurants close by and within walking distance. There is a whole Foods, BJ's Brewery, movie theater, fast food restaurants and more across the street.
