This house has everything you need to accommodate a large group, and to make your stay very enjoyable. I've rented many places, but josh was by far the best owner I've had to deal with. He was extremely prompt on responding to any questions we had, and made our stay that much easier. If you're coming to the area this house is a must rent!

Great place to stay in Scottsdale!
This house was perfect! We had a group of girls stay here for a long weekend trip and the location was perfect. We were able to walk to a few different shopping centers for coffee/breakfast every morning. We easily were able to call Ubers to restaurants/bars that were a little bit farther. The pool was perfect and Josh was very helpful if we called him and needed anything at all. The amenities were great including toiletries and everything felt very clean. Would highly recommend this house- so much space and a great backyard. Everything you could want out of a home like this!

Upscale in Scottsdale!
Six of us young at heart guys have been coming to Scottsdale to watch some spring training baseball for the last 25 or so years. We have always stayed at one of the resorts in Scottsdale. However the prices have become so high that we decided to look around and try something new. After searching around on home away, Josh's property seemed best suited for us. Having a separate bedroom for each person turned out to be just what we wanted. The home is quite lovely with a great outdoor area to hang out and cook dinner. All of the appliances, accoutrements and even standard pantry items were first class and made the stay both easy and enjoyable. Everything that we needed was in the home and all we had to do was shop for our main food items. Josh was accessible to answer a few questions that we had and I got the feeling that he really wanted our stay to be special and trouble free. The home is in a quiet residential neighborhood and we felt quite comfortable.We will be coming back again.

Absolutely Amazing!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
I needed home to host around 18-20 family members in for Christmas this year. Within that 18-20 people the age range varied from newborns, to toddlers, to preteens, to teens, adults and grandparents. Amazingly this home overly accommodated each person exceptionally well. There was even a room with a nice sized toddler bed in the walk in closet! AND EVEN A BABY CRIB IN THE GARAGE ALONG WITH A BOUNCER OTHER BABY ITEMS. The home is filled with activities for all ages with a very nice gaming area in the garage. The backyard is beautiful with a heated pool our kids enjoyed. There is an abundance of seating and lounging outside to go along with ample amount of play area for the kids THAT IS AWAY FROM THE POOL. Having a TV outside with mounted surround sound speakers made barbecuing in the cold at night much more bearable. The owner is quick to response and resolve any issues that may arise as well as being very accommodating. This home can be used to host large families of any size for any event you can possibly think of. Everyone absolutely loved it! The home is well stocked and equipped with any and everything you could possibly need. Plus its located in a really nice, friendly neighborhood. With several family members calling this the best vacation they've ever had, my family and I definitely be back! Thanks!

Less than a 1 mile walk, drive, or Uber to the best shopping and dinning that Scottsdale has to offer with Kierland Commons and Scottsdale Quarter. Only a couple of hundred steps to the 'East Thunderbird Square Shopping Center' that includes over 20 restaurants, 3 nail/hair salons, Starbucks, sports bar taverns, 2 of the best Sushi restaurants in Scottsdale, a children's trampoline park, a Fed Ex Office and more!
The Home boasts a Large Eat in Kitchen with huge island, 2 ovens, Breakfast table and bar sits 8, Dinning room table sits additional 8. Master Bedroom King Bed, 2 addtl Guest Rooms with King beds, 2 Guest bedrooms with 2 Queen beds each, 1 guest bedroom with one Queen bed and one full bed. Satellite TV in all 6 bedrooms with DVR and built in Netflix and Pandora. 3 bathrooms all remodeled in 2016. Outdoor TV. Surround sound in living room and kitchen that syncs with outdoor Bose Speakers. Outdoor dining table sits 8. High End Patio furniture with 15 places to sit including 4 large sun tanning chairs. Large Heated in ground Swimming Pool, 2 grass play areas, Built in BBQ. Living room couches seat 10 in Front of Large Flat Screen TV. Billiards Table in front of Large Flat Screen TV, Foosball, Arachnid Electronic Dart Board, poker table, pop a shot basketball.
