GREAT Spot to Host a Bachelor Party/Larger Group
This home was an amazing choice for the task at hand, a bachelor party! It has ample amenities, more than enough beds and all of the backyard outdoor games/activities you could dream of on top of an awesome pool with a slide. Golf courses, great restaurants, night clubs, pool parties (The W/Talking Stick Casino) and entertainment are all within a short ride of the house. Would highly recommend staying here for a similar event or larger group!

Bachelor party success
The house is amazing, when we got there it was extremely tidy and everything was easy to figure out. The back yard of the house is all we really focused on since we spent 90 percent of our time out there. On top of that the proximity to grocery stores made it easy to do any shopping we had to. Also John has been very responsive and helpful throughout this process, he responds to phone calls and emails and make the stay more enjoyable. Thank you John, I would definitely rent this house again.

This house and location provide you with the room to share and enjoy your Scottsdale experience. It is a 6 bedroom 3 bathroom home on an acre private lot in a community of custom homes centrally located in the best area for whatever you want to do. Scottsdale provides a winter paradise that is unmatched.
The Thanksgiving Season, Christmas, New Years, Super Bowl, Barrett Jackson Carr auction, FDR Phoenix Open, and Spring Training will leave you energized.
This house will allow you to share the experience with the people you enjoy. It is built for recreation, with a pool, basketball court, younger kids play area, hot tub, outdoor fireplaces, volleyball and entertaining patio. It is walking distance to Diamondbacks and Rockies Spring Training facility, Sport Bars, Shopping, and fun filled restaurants. With in 5 miles of the house is the Greenbelt area of parks and recreation, night life of downtown Scottsdale, walking trails, casinos, every type of bar and dining imaginable. The ASU campus, Tempe town lake, Spring Training facilities, Phoenix Open, golf courses, Camelback Mountain and Paradise Valley are all within 5 miles. If you know anyone that spends the winter in Scottsdale they will tell you the area is a total pleasure for people of all ages. This house is about creating a lifetime of memories.
