Clean, private and conveniently
The owner of the property was very helpful and communicated promptly. I would definitely stay there again. Updated kitchen and bathroom with televisions in the living room and bedroom. Super comfortable!

Exactly What we needed!
Our stay from Feb.1 to Feb.22 was nothing but a great experience! The condo, located in a very quiet residential area with manicured grounds, 2 lovely pools and lots of green space. We where so impressed watching the daily upkeep of the complex. Within a five minute drive you are in the centre of Scottsdales attractions, faboulas Picturesque " Old Town" its stores and markets where a favourite of ours , Fashion Square Mall with over 200 stores and numerous outdoor activities, loads of restaurants and plenty of sport areas. The condo is very clean, updated and the kitchen and bathroom well stocked for all your needs. The condo,s large patio was a bonus that we used plenty during the warm evenings. My husband ESP. Loved having a covered parking stall. Nichole the owner, extremely friendly and text each week to see if there was anything she could do for us or see if there was anything we might need. We loved the area, and everything around it! We intend to return next year! Thanks Nichole for helping make our stay a lovely cozy one!

Nicole's property was well cared for.
We stayed at Nicole's condo in Scottsdale for about three weeks in January 2017. Everything was set up very nicely and if we needed anything she rushed over and helped us out. I would definitely recommend this place and hope to return someday soon.

With new tile floor, carpet, remodeled kitchen and bath. and all brand new furniture, this condo is ideal for couples, families, or winter visitors.
When not outside enjoying the great Arizona weather and all that Scottsdale has to offer, relax in front of the 42'' flat screen TV, dine on the patio, or serve up some drinks. The bedroom features a queen bed and wall mounted flat screen. Take a dip in one of two swimming pools or relax in the heated spa. This condo is in a great location for a true Arizona vacation....spring training baseball, golfing, shopping, night life, restaurants, hiking and so much more are minutes away.
The condo is less than 5 miles from the heart of Old Town Scottsdale where restaurants and shopping are plentiful.
