Located right on the Continental Golf course on the southern tip of Old Town, guests are only minutes from all the action Scottsdale has to offer. The unit was completely remodeled just a few years ago with vacation renters in mind. The space was opened up to allow more natural light to fill the rooms and provide a much more relaxing experience than any other unit in the community. The location within the community itself is prime. Being located on the back, adjacent to the golf club, it is completely removed from any road noise. It also looks out over the golf course with views of Camelback Mountain to the west.
The community itself offers outstanding amenities for guests to take advantage of. There is not just one, but two luxurious pool areas on premises, each with a spa, fire pit, and several grills (although you won't need them with the brand new Weber on your private patio). Connected to the North pool area is a health-club-grade fitness center with cardio room, weight room, yoga studio, and of course bathrooms and changing facilities. For the person that likes to hit the links and stay fit, do some shopping during the day, and indulge in fine dining and partying at night, this is the ultimate location. Oh, and don't worry about driving if your don't want to. Just across the golf course is a bike path that goes straight to Old Town and all the way down to Tempe Town Lake if you want a good ride.
