Wonderful!!!
My hubby and I and our greyhound stayed in this lovely home from 12/13/16 thru 4/1/17. Everything that we needed was right there in the home. We felt at home the moment that we walked through the door. We also enjoyed the peaceful neighborhood and friendly neighbors. Holiday, thank you for sharing your home and it was a pleasure doing business with you. Also, a special thank you to Mike for his kindness and always being available if we needed him.

Lovely Home Away-from-Home
This is a beautiful home. The pictures are as it is. It is easy to have pets here because you are able to shut off the carpeted areas. The kitchen is roomy, beds are comfortable and very nice neighborhood. We would definitely stay here again.

Excellent Spot
Our second visit to this home and it was even better than last year. The location, convenient to everything, with that spectacular green space mountain view is ideal. The neighborhood, quiet and safe, can't be beat. The house is well maintained and furnished. I can't think of anything the owners haven't remembered. It's truly a great find.

Prescott, Arizona rental house.
The rental house in Prescott was better than advertised. The location was perfect, and the view from the backyard was great. The house was very comfortable, and the garage was nice for storing the car in. The house was fully furnished, just bring your personal items and clothes.

This is the perfect place to stay for a week or for several months. It is a lovely home in Prescott's premier community of Yavapai Hills. The property backs up to a natural wildlife preserve and you can really enjoy the serenity. Prescott is the home of the world's oldest rodeo and there are endless activities for the outdoors person along, with year-round cultural activities and festivals. The Grand Canyon, Sedona, Flagstaff, and Jerome are an easy drive. Only and hour and quarter from Phoenix and Scottsdale.

2. Check-in after 4:00 PM. Check-out is before 10:00 am. This maybe
negotiable.
3. This is a non-smoking home.
4. Pets are not permitted without pre-approval and an additional
refundable security/cleaning deposit of $300.
5. Damage/Reservation deposit of $300 is required and must be received
within 7 days of booking. This will automatically convert to a
security/damage deposit upon arrival, and not applied toward the
rent. It is fully refundable within 14 days after departure, provided the
following provisions have been met:
a. No damage is done to the premise or its contents
beyond normal wear and tear.
b. No charges are incurred due to illegal or disruptive activities.
c. All debris and rubbish has been placed in dumpster, all soiled linens have been placed in laundry
hamper, and dirty dishes have been put into dishwasher and started.
d. All keys have been returned to lock box. Lost pool key or mail
box key fee will be $50 each.
e. No linens or kitchen utensils have been damaged or lost.
f. Maximum occupancy is four persons.
g. You are responsible for any Pay Per View charges.
h. There is an additional $50 fee for pool access.
Suitability
This home is suitable for two couples, or a small family, or anyone traveling with a pet. Golfer and joggers are welcome.
