Minimum StayQuiet, Cozy and Centrally Located
We normally spend a month on the shoulder seasons in Phoenix when it's not too hot, but my wife's Cancer treatments dictated the times we could get away from Canada for a few weeks and enjoy inexpensive wine, chicken and cheese (horribly expensive in Canada due to our Poultry Cartel and our greedy government taxes). This condo was perfect for us. King size bed, comfortable furniture, Modern Kitchen & bath counters, close to the pool & BBQ, and quiet. The property manager, J, was quick to remedy any problems we had, which were few (fridge freezer needed service). We found the best deals at Safeway and Costco - less than 2 miles away. If you're not especially mobile, the entrance to the condo is on the second floor of narrow stairs, and a fair hike from the parking lot. Otherwise we found the condo perfect for us, and the owner and property manager very responsive. We would definitely stay again, only not for a visit in the middle of July LOL.

Home Away From Home
I very much enjoyed my 6-week stay at Spengler Manor. The place was well-kept, cozy, comfortable and conveniently located to all the places I wished to drive to. J and Kevin were very accomodating and easy to contact/work with (while there, I had a garbage disposal "situation" - I was immediately able to get J on the phone and he talked me through how to fix - whew!). :-) My only complaint is that the shower head was placed very low, so if you are of average or above average height, it's hard to get your head wet without stooping. Thank you for allowing me to stay at your place. I'd recommend it highly.

VACATION
The condo is in a central location. Close to highways and close enough to Scottsdale or Phoenix. The condo itself was very comfortable and plenty of room. The pool area and whirlpool were very clean and plenty of people to talk to from all over the states. The owner made sure that if there was a problem he answered and took care of it right away. Tons of golf courses to choose from in the area. Also there are many other things in the area for family to do also.

January in Phoenix
Nice Condo at a great price. This condo is located very close to several Phoenix attractions and bike trails. The grounds, pool, & jacuzi are attractive and well kept up. While most of the Country was enduring the January 2017 cold snap, many of the condo guests were sun bathing and swimming in the heated pool. The Condo itself was comfortable and stylish with everything we needed for our stay. J. Mays, the property manager, is a classy gentleman that makes sure his guests have everything they need. He is very easy to get hold of and easy to talk to. We had some scheduling changes that required us to stay a couple of extra days. J went out of his way to seamlessly work everything out with the owner and gave us the extra days at a discount. There is no laundry machine in the unit but the complex's laundry room was near by, secure, and had credit card reader access to all the machines and dryers. I would definitely stay there again.

Gorgeous 2015 Remodeled condo. This home offers a king size bed, sectional couch, two 40" TV's. Cable/Internet. Access to the Swimming Pool and Fitness center. The kitchen is fully equipped. Our home away from home is ready for your relaxation and enjoyment.
Located in Spengler Manor which is 3 miles from Old Town Scottsdale, Scottsdale Waterfront, and Fashion Square. We are also less than 2 miles from the zoo and botanical gardens in Papago Park which has hiking in the Buttes where Hole-in-Rock is located. All easily accessible on bikes. It's on the same bike path that takes you to Mill Avenue, Tempe and ASU. Of course , you can also drive to these places, if you choose.
Sit out on the balcony after the hard day of golfing, bike riding, swimming and shopping and enjoy a glass of wine or enjoy the hot tub/pool which is just steps from our unit. In fact it is the second closest to the pool area in our building. Drink the wine there, but only in the plastic glasses we have provided please.
