I was very impressed with the rules that were in place, and the fact the community was gated, left us feeling safe. The garbage being picked up 6 out of 7 days was great. The whole community was quiet. We would highly recommend this Condo to anyone, plus the community itself.

The condo is located on the second floor and is just steps away from the main pool and clubhouse. It includes one reserved covered parking space and plenty of guest parking spots nearby. Residents and guests are the perfect mix of snowbirds and professionals.
All amenities are included- utilities, air conditioning, heat, fully equipped kitchen with quartz counter tops, dishes, cookware, dishes, utensils, glasses, toaster, blender and much more. The dining area has a raised square table with seating for four. The living room is tastefully decorated with a sofa and loveseat as well as a reclining chair and large LCD TV with HBO, Starz and free wireless internet connection.
There are brand new tile floors through the entire unit. The bedroom offers a comfortable king size bed, expansive walk-in closet and a door leading to your own private patio. The second bedroom has a full size bed. Both bedrooms feature newly renovated bathrooms with new silestone countertops and tile floors. The kitchen features brand new appliances including dishwasher and quartz countertops. Finally, there is a full size washer and dryer in the unit.
