Every room is oriented as a getaway sleeping room with a wall mounted TV in each room. The Living Room has a new TV and so something can be going on in each room. The porch is a wonderful place to be in this unit. The awning encloses the porch and makes hanging out back super fun. The way rental works is that you must select an entire month and your stay must be either 30,60, or 90 days with no exceptions. In return for this restriction I will offer nighty rates to keep it booked virtually year round. My rates will vary too but will never go real high.
This property is very near to the Carl Hayden VA Medical Center. Great for veterans seeking treatment or work groups on a temporary assignment.
The community is gated and you will be provided with a single dedicated covered parking space during your stay. You will be provided with a remote for the front gate too hanging from the key rack.
Near the VA and centrally located. Just a couple miles north is Basha's supermarket. I would advise going there first to buy groceries for your 30 day stay. Much can be accessed from this location within a reasonable drive time. You can rent a car if you want but it isn't mandatory. You can reach places on foot easily enough or take the light rail. Indian School Rd. is a major thouroughfare for the bus system with frequent stops along the street.
I also suggest you make the condo the major part of your stay here. This condo is long term stay oriented. My rates are as well. You will be getting an excellent nightly rate relative to other units but no sacrifice in convienence.
No special rules apply to this community over any other area. If you use common sense you should be ok. The community is very dog friendly. You must clean up after your pet. plastic bags are provided in multiple locations. Visitors must park in vistor parking as most covered parking is assigned. Please close all gates and doors behind you. As I said mostly common sense applies here. Thank you for understanding.
