Great feeling in this condo. Used the main pool every day along with the exercise room. Everything was easy going. Surprised these items were not heavily used. Definitely would rent from Bryan again.. Thank you for the complementary wine and the use of your well appointed Condominium. Really enjoyed our stay..

What a lovely home!!!! Thank you, Bryan, for everything. The pictures don't do it justice. The condo was impeccably clean, spacious, and the kitchen was so well stocked that I was amazed! We've stayed in several other vacation rentals, but this one was our best experience. My family came for dinner and all of them wanted the link to your vrbo listing so they would be able to pass it along to their future out-of-town guests. And thank you so very much for being right on it when we couldn't figure out the wifi. The minute we asked, BOOM, you were on it -- and it got resolved without any stress. What a lovely experience! Thank you so very, very much! Nice to know we have a great place to stay in Phoenix now. We'll be back!

Great Condo! Perfect Location!
We stayed in Bryan's condo while in Phoenix for a family gathering. The condo was clean, neat and well-equipped. The condo had everything that we needed during our stay. We did get the opportunity to use the pools and the exercise room and both were clean and in good shape. Overall a very nice condo and quiet complex. In addition to the condo, the location is perfect for a visitor. Freeway and major cross streets are close providing quick access to any desired area of the city. Costco, In & Out Burger and other shopping options are nearby as well. We really enjoyed our short stay and wished that it could have been longer.

Great rental
We enjoyed our stay. Two couples in Phoenix for baseball and family visit. Close to major highways so everywhere was a short trip. Accomodations were excellent. Great price. The condo is on second floor if stairs are a problem.
