It is conveniently located just minutes to all your needs including Arrowhead Mall, Costco, numerous eateries, golf courses and the 101 Frwy that takes you just about anywhere. Its just 10 minutes from the University of Phx Stadium & Spring Training. Adjacent to Sun City in an area that caters to seniors. This is located on the ground floor of a two story gated complex...no stairs. Smoke & pet free. One person must be over 54 years old and then at least 40 after that. If you frequently travel to Arizona on business this can be a hassel free long term rental as well with a lease agreement. Please contact me with any questions you might have.
So many things to do and see including Sports venues, the Sun Dome for the Arts among other attractions and of course the many AZ golf courses, casino trips, scenic and historical places to visit all over the state. Or you can just relax by the pool and enjoy our great AZ weather. Short term Country Club memberships available at the private golf course just walking distance from the condo which includes tennis courts among other amentities.

500.00 Deposit due upon reservation and the remaining amount due is payable upon arrival plus 1.8% city sales tax.
