-Sleeps 16 guests in beds. Twin size rollaway beds can also be added to accommodate more guests (2 max) $150 each bed
-14 Standard occupancy and 18 maximum occupancy. Any guests exceeding the standard occupancy will be charged an additional guest fee
-Games (Pool table, Cornhole etc)
-Baby package included (Pack n’ Play, stroller and high chair)

o Signed rental agreement within 48 hrs of booking is required to book this home
o Occupancy is limited to (max occupancy), any additional guest will be charged at $250/person/day
o No Bachelor Parties, Weddings or Other Events
o No loud noise after 9pm. Violation could result in removal without refund.
o Must be 33 year of age to book this home
o A valid Credit Card will be filled at the time of booking for all incidentals
o Cancelation of a reservation will result in a loss of all rents paid. Reservations are Non-Refundable
