Gail was AMAZING. Before we even got there she called me to introduce herself and offered to meet us when we arrived but we arrived really late. She text us the gate code and when we entered the home there was freshly baked cookies (Yummy) everyone had one. The house was perfect in a gated community (Big Plus) roomy fully furnished, towel, sheets, everything. Could not ask for a better stay!! Finally, today(Feb 11, 2015) I receive a text from Gail that I forgot a pair of pants and money.....Gail is mailing them to me. Gail you are AWESOME and Thank you for going above and beyond.

Golf Trip
Gail's Las Sendas home was perfect for our golf trip to Arizona. Communication was very easy and Gail made sure we had everything we needed to make us comfortable while we were there. The house is very spacious with all the amenities one could want on a vacation. I hope to be able to stay there again next year. Kudos to Gail. Tom Lynch

Gail was wonderful!! The house is beautiful, clean, and had everything we needed. The neighborhood is safe and quiet. We enjoyed having coffee and breakfast out on the patio every morning. We would defiantly rebook.

Perfect!
his was the first time we traveled to AZ for the winter and we couldn't have found a better place to stay. We rented this home for a month and were thrilled with how well it worked out for us. Gail and Steve were extremely helpful before and during our stay -- offering advice, stocking the house with essentials (like toilet paper, paper towels, laundry detergent, etc.) and the welcoming small touches like fresh-baked cookies and lots of books to read. We felt very much at home. We also had family visitors throughout our stay and the space and layout of the house worked well -- very comfortable and spacious. The supply of bedding and towels was terrific. The back patio and grill were a natural gathering place and had plenty of seating. Whenever we had a question, Gail and Steve responded immediately and it was great that they live close by. In fact, the washer went out and they replaced it the very next day. They even planted grass for us snow-buried Chicagoans! Just so very thoughtful and kind. The neighborhood was nice and quiet, yet close to shopping and restaurants (Red, White and Brew was a local favorite). We did quite a bit of sightseeing and you do need a car since the area is so spread out. We enjoyed the Las Sendas pool, golf course and hiking trails ... and you must see the sunset from The Patio restaurant at the golf course! We would strongly recommend this home. Many thanks to Gail and Steve for sharing their home with us.

Our Visit Was Wonderful!
The neighborhood of Las Sendas was fabulous ! Our six week visit was lovely.Great recreational facilities, near shopping, hiking, spring baseball training, affordable golf, neighborhood pool, restaurants. The house was roomy, comfortable and clean. Our grandchildren enjoyed the swing set and our dog was welcome! Our hosts even found us a dogsitter! We loved sitting in the backyard and the built in barbeque got plenty of use.

First Time!
First time that we have rented a vacation home, was a bit apprehensive, but everything went extremely well. Very nice home in a very nice neighborhood Close to shopping,food store,restaurant and trails for hiking Thanks Gail, had a great time

Las Sendas!
Wonderful place to stay. Accommodations were great and Gail is a wonderful host. Had some plumbing issues and garage mechanical issues but Gail was on top of it when we notified her. Thank you for a wonderful stay. Hope we will meet again.

Las Sendas is Phoenix's east valley premier master planned community resort in Mesa. World class golf course, 2 huge pools, clubhouse pool is heated in the winter. Spas, lighted tennis courts, sand volleyball courts, hiking and biking trails unending! Saguaro Lake is just 20 minutes away. Life here is all about being outdoors in the beautiful, untouched areas of the east valley. Sparkling city views and towering mountains surround Las Sendas, which is located in the premier area of the Desert Uplands. This area is specially designed to preserve the natural desert beauty, while enjoying all that nature has to offer. The 202 Red Mountain Freeway is less than a mile away, offering easy access to the other valley cities including Phoenix, Scottsdale, Chandler and Glendale. Sky Harbor is just 20 minutes away, as are most of the Valley attractions. Williams Gateway Airport is just 10 min. away. The new Cub stadium is just 10 minutes away, and other spring training teams are all within easy traveling distance.
Our Las Sendas jewel features soaring vaulted ceilings, 3 bedrooms, 2 1/2 baths as well as an open loft which has a daybed and offers two twin beds. The gourmet kitchen features granite countertops, a gas stove, tile floors and an eat in area with bay windows and a bistro table that seats 4. There is also a sitting bar. The kitchen opens up to the family room and offers a great view of the backyard through the large sliding glass doors. There is also a private laundry room and 3 car garage. The large backyard features a built in BBQ, large shade tree, grass, playset and sand play area. An extra high block fence and mature trees add to the quiet and privacy of the backyard. Located on a cul de sac and in a gated community, our home is the perfect location for a wonderful and secluded get away, while offering the convenience of a big city.
Within a 10 minute walk are great restaurants, sports bars, shopping, salons, banks, etc. Las Sendas is very large which can add drive time and make walking to the commercial area more difficult. Las Sendas Jewel is located in the first neighborhood, Silverhawk, giving it great access to the commercial areas as well as the freeway entrance.
