GREAT HOUSE
Lovely spacious & comfortable house in Maricopa - well furnished and decorated. Great open plan kitchen which is perfect for friends to gather around when the cooking is taking place. Fantastic heated pool and outdoor furniture. The outdoor area was so pleasant that we ate outside every night. Very comfy beds, linen and pillows. It is close to Frys and other shops & located in a quiet residential area. We really enjoyed being able to pick fresh grapefruit from the tree in the backyard - delicious. We would certainly recommend this house to anyone wanting to stay in Maricopa. It has everything you need for a lovely relaxing time and the pool just tops it all off beautifully. Thanks Dave & Jan for sharing your great house with us.

I can not say enough good things about this property. Dave and Jan were very helpful from the start and very easy to work with. The house is incredible! The pool was wonderful and the house is in a nice, quiet neighborhood. We had a fantastic time and look forward to coming back. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!

We had a fantastic time and enjoyed this house. The 3 bedrooms were perfect for our needs. Our favorite part of the house was the backyard and pool!! David was very easy to work with and very prompt with his responses!

This very nice one story ranch home has three bedrooms, two baths and an office with over 1700 sq. ft. of floor space. Located in the quiet, pleasant community of Cobblestone Farms.
Newly furnished, this home has everything you need for a relaxing vacation. The back yard has a free-form 8 ft deep solar and gas heated pool, covered patio, gas BBQ and lounge chairs. Enjoy a dip in your private pool, surf the net, or just sit back and relax watching your favorite movie on a 50” LED screen. Bedrooms are newly furnished with a gorgeous king size sleigh bed in the master bedroom, and a queen and twins in the remaining three bedrooms. This is a very livable house with an open floor plan. The master bedroom with King bed and bath is located in a separate part of house from the guest bedrooms and bath. This makes it really easy for couples or families to maintain some privacy. All rooms have 10 Ft ceilings - makes for a lot roomier and spacious feeling. The kitchen is fully equipped with a complete set of pots and pans, and everything else needed to fix great meals, including spices and plastic, paper and foil.

The house generates most of its own power needs from solar panels on the roof. Pool water is solar heated on the roof .
In the garage are two bicycles (and helmets) that are yours to use during your stay. Lots of wide sidewalks in this quiet neighborhood. Walk to nearby grocery stores if you wish. Great outlet shopping in Chandler and Casa Grande, both about 20 min away. Ak-Chin Casino is 10 minutes South. Within driving distance to baseball Spring Training camps. Just across the street and 5 minutes is the Duke golf course. Best of all, it is a 30 min drive from Phoenix Sky Harbor Airport to the town of Maricopa. Maricopa is interesting in that it is just far enough away from the concrete and sprawl of Phoenix to have the feel of a small town and just close enough to go to Phoenix (1/2 hour) for anything you want to do there. Maricopa has the feel of a new town. It was mainly agricultural until the boom times of the 2000's when the town underwent a growth spurt. Everything was built new and the older part of the town disappeared. From our subdivision, you can actually walk out into the desert.
