Great House!!
If I could give the property 6 stars I would. The property is flawless and pictures don't do it justice. The master suite is large with a huge master bath and sitting area. Even though we didn't do any cooking this trip the kitchen is awesome. Lots of room to socialize and have the whole family hang comfortably. Pool and backyard furniture was great to come to after a nice day on the lake. The only thing better than the house was working with Michelle. She went above and beyond to make sure that our stay was the best it could be. We come out to Lake Havasu about 6 times a year and this will be our go to property!! Thank you again Michelle for everything!

Home for a perfect vacation get away!.
We had an amazing family vacation. All rooms are beautifully furnished. We loved having a BBQ dinner outside by the pool. Nice to have an evening swim after a day at the lake. Convenient to be so close to the launch area. We love it here and look forward to our next stay. The owners are very friendly.

This spacious 2,513 Sq Ft home has been tastefully decorated, and is very comfortable.
Each Bedroom Features a 50' flat screen HDTV along with Direct TV. The Living room has a Sharp Smart 72' 3D HDTV. You'll love the open floor plan, furnishings and feel of this house.

Your desert oasis features reverse osmosis, Rayne water softener system, a security system and custom solar shade window coverings through out.

Master bathroom has a new jacuzzi tub, dual sink vanities, a separate walk-in shower, and large walk-in closet. The Master Suite is situated on one side of the home, while the other bedrooms are on the opposite side of the house.
Your large front covered patio with view of the lake is furnished with a 4 piece conversation set. Back covered patio is approximately 600 sq.ft and is furnished with a dining table for 6, a 4 piece conversation set, a bistro set, and two comfy sling back recliners for your comfort.
The house is set up with dual-zone A/C and ceiling fans in every bedroom. The house has Direct TV and Local TV along with high speed wireless internet. There are also a few board games for everyone to enjoy.
