The home is 1620 sq.ft., 3 bedrooms plus a Den: 1-King/3-Queens, laundry, and plenty of room to park whatever toys you bring. The home sleeps 6 adults comfortably in beds, up to 8 for an addt'l fee. The master bedroom is situated on one side of the home and has a large walk-in closet, walk-in shower with dual shower-heads and dual sinks. This NON-SMOKING, NO PETS home is meticulously cared for and fully equipped with free Wi-Fi, 46” flat screen TV, DVD Player in the Living Room, 2 other TV's in the bedrooms, Firestick TV Channels; all kitchen amenities, BBQ, linens and bath towels, washer and dryer. Perfect Vacation Home! Located on the South side on a quiet street in a quiet neighborhood away from the main highway, but less than 8 miles from The London Bridge and three launch ramps. The 2 car garage is available to guests. There is also gated RV parking available that will accommodate parking for a truck and most boats, up to 68' in overall length. There is room for a Motor-home. The RV Garage is an additional fee. Bath Towels provided, bring your beach towels & chairs. Bookable online, There is a $150 allowance per month for Utilities, There is a $150 Cleaning Fee (non-refundable) and a $500 Damage Deposit (refundable) to be added to the rental rate. The website should automatically add these fees in; however, sometimes it doesn't, so count on them being added at checkout. Also, the Default normal Weekly Rate does not include Weekly Holiday Rates.
