My family loved this house!! We loved the viewing deck for morning coffee with the sunrise and gorgeous evening sunsets!! The owner is very kind and made sure we had a comfortable stay. We would definitely stay in this house again!

Great vacation house
Lake Havasu is a great town to vacation at and this house is on a quiet dead end street. There is a great view of the lake and mountains from the roof top. I would recommend it to anyone who needs a place to stay. Way better than a hotel! I would rent it again.

Beautiful 3 bedroom single family residence in Lake Havasu City Arizona with a feel of seclusion. Built on a elevated lot above adjoining neighbors this home provides a sense of security and peacefulness. With both a patio and garage patio this home presents the most beautiful vistas. Appointed with furniture designed for entertaining and interacting with family and friends. Two master bedrooms and a garage for most toys. When your ready enjoy the outdoors in a city that has camping off-roading and water activities nearby. Sight-see, shop and then take your pick of a number of eateries to satisfy most palates. Don't forget to walk over the London Bridge brought in from England and reassembled over Lake Havasu.
