Over 6500 SF of clean, cozy, spacious country farm living. Enough for 16 in beds to spread out comfortably. 7 bedrooms each sleep 2; a king bed in the master suite w/ bathroom, another king upstairs, 5 queen beds, and 2 twins in the bonus room. We also have a portable playpen available for a baby. The open kitchen is complete and stocked with everything you will need. The refrigerator is large with RO water and automatic ice maker. A second frig is in the walk-in pantry. The island has a sit down bar, a deep sink and dishwasher. There is a dining table in the kitchen, and a table for 8 in the formal dining room. The large family room is complete with a 60” big screen TV with directTV and DVD. Beside the family room is a game room with billiard pool table and foosball table and TV. Upstairs there is another bonus room with 2 twin beds. The back yard has a swimming play pool, a BBQ, covered patio, table and chairs and lounge chairs. Then there is a half acre of fruit trees and grass behind the pool patio. We have grapefruit, orange, tangelo, lemon and pecan trees. You are welcome to freshly pick your fruit when in season from December to May. There is also a laundry room with a washer and dryer. The large driveway can park 8 cars. Please watch out for the wild flock of Guinea Hens that live on our street. All the neighbors have horses on their 2 acres.

The home is situated in community of north Glendale. Thunderbird Park is 5 miles north and has 3 separate hiking loop trails on desert mountains. One is 1 mile, one is 3 miles, and one is 4 miles. Major shopping malls and theaters are 5 miles NW and 4 miles SE. The Wildlife World Zoo is in Glendale. The Cardinals Stadium w/ adjacent Westgate Shopping Center and an outlet mall is an easy drive. Downtown Glendale is home of many antique shops and a major Christmas holiday event every night in December and January called Glendale Glitters. There is close access to great restaurants and shopping at Arrowhead Mall. Jump on the I-17 north and you will be in Anthem or on your way to Prescott or Sedona, Flagstaff or the Grand Canyon.
Phoenix has excellent freeways which makes the entire Valley, including Scottsdale and Tempe, quickly accessible. We are just 3.5 miles from both the I-17 and the Loop 101. 25 minutes from the airport.
This house is fire sprinklered and has smoke detectors and fire extinguishers. This solar house has 4 AC's and ceiling fans are in almost every room.
