Great Stay
The facility was very nice and clean. The owner was extremely responsive to any thing that we needed and requested. Conversations with the owner were very reassuring and it was great to see the owners presence around the property. The only suggestions I might want to offer is that it would have been nice to have a sports package included in the TV channel selections. Also, the seating in the living room was very nice but not really really comfortable. A couple of recliners in that room would have been wonderful. But, with that said, we were very pleased with the entire stay and the facility. We will certainly check on the availability of this property again should we need something in that area.

Overall a very pleasant experience
I had a great experience staying at this property in Phoenix. Pro's: Beautiful home with nice furnishings; Owner is a great guy and took wonderful care of me; Great location for attending spring training games Con's: Wifi was a little spotty, though ultimately it worked fine. Biggest negative is that I didn't realize the main house was rented out as well, so I didn't necessarily feel the freedom to use the pool along with the other guests Overall I would recommend the home.

Beautiful, newly remodeled, 1200 sq ft guest house with 2 bedrooms and 1 Full bathroom located on a large prime estate. This house is private, quiet and secure on the back-half of the property and feels like staying at a large and secluded resort. Property features a large pool and hot tub, covered back patio with outdoor pool table. The guesthouse was built with a wide open floor plan with everything you need including a beautiful gas fireplace.
Located less than 10 miles from the University of Phoenix Stadium. Home of the Arizona Cardinals and 2017 NCAA Men's Basketball Final Four. 4 Miles from San Diego Padres and Seattle Mariners Spring training, 13 miles from LA Dodgers and Chicago White Sox Spring training. 13 Miles from Kansas City Royals and Texas Rangers Spring Training. Easy access to grocery stores, restaurants and multiple freeway systems that allow guests to conveniently reach many areas of Scottsdale and the greater phoenix area.
