We equipped this home with modern decorating and added the highest quality of surround sound stereo, blue ray DVD and speakers to take your comforts to the next level. We have a few movies and concerts on Blue Ray that you will be able to enjoy. The home is equipped with a telephone, answering machine, fax, printer, computer with wireless internet. You will live and love the backyard and with views of the mountains.
The home is 2800 square feet, as you walk through the front doors you will be greeted by abstract pictures up the staircase that draws your eyes up to the vaulted ceilings and curved archway to the upstairs loft.
The living room is designed with modern black & white colors where you can sit and enjoy a glass of wine in your own private space. After dinner is prepared you can move into the formal dining room and take in the view of the backyard that shows off the pool and landscape lighting.
The main floor boasts a fully equipped kitchen with Stainless steel appliance and cooking utensil for the culinary chef. If you are cooking lobster, pressing garlic, squeezing lime or decanting wine... all the equipment is there. The kitchen flows into a large breakfast nook then continues on to the family room. These two rooms are warm and inviting tastefully decorated in brown, gold, black and cream with leather and suede fabrics. The family room will greet you to a warm gas fireplace where you can enjoy the blue ray DVD and surround sound speaker system. The entire back end of the home comes with oversized windows that bring the outdoors in.
You will sit at the breakfast nook and look onto the golf course and mountain views.
The main floor also has one bedroom on with a queen size bed along with a bathroom with shower. Just around the corner from the bedroom you will find the laundry area where you will be able to use a new washer & dryer. You carry through with direct access to the 3 car garage.
On your way up to the second story you will see built in niches with various art, plants or mirrors, the staircase contains built in lighting. The loft area is a place of retreat, furnished with 2 white futons and a TV and DVD player for those who may want to exercise... we have a few videos for your use. The 2nd storey bathroom is equipped with a full bathtub and shower, toilet and long vanity. The light shines bright in this room from the open skylight above.
There are another 2 bedrooms upstairs, one with a king and the other with a queen size bed . The master bedroom is spacious with patio doors to a private deck. Enjoy a cup of coffee and take in the views of the pool and mountain.
While laying in your king size bed, watch TV before you call it a night. From the bedroom you will walk through to the walk in closet with loads of hangers for your clothing and skirts. The master bathroom has his and hers counters with a shower, a corner bathtub and private toilet.
The pleasures of the backyard are spacious as you also have plenty of room around the pool area to soak in the sun. The pool area and surrounding concrete was constructed in 2011 with the ambiance of lighting in the pool to waterfalls and we made sure there was plenty of shallow water (4 inches deep) for the smallest of our travellers. If it is raining the covered deck will still allow you to enjoy the comforts of being outside.
