Plenty of room for multiple couples and families with kids. Fully remodeled in 2013, and all brand new furniture throughout; custom kitchen ideal for entertaining. Dining room (6 chairs) and breakfast area so there is lots of room for everyone; outside patio has table with 8 chairs as well. 4 bedrooms (1 King, 2 queens, and 1 full) plus a loft area. 1 queen blow up as well as a pack-n-play for an infant. Master bedroom is very spacious with large walk-in closet, deluxe bathroom with jacuzzi tub. Home also features large living room (large sectional couch) and family room (with sofa and love seat). Nice size pool and spa in private, fully fenced back yard for lots of privacy. Use the high speed wifi, blu ray, DirecTV, and HD Wifi TVs (40" upstairs and 60" downstairs) and Xbox for the kids to play! Laundry room with new washer and dryer is all yours to use. 3 car garage to keep vehicles out of the heat.
Home is ideally located minutes North of the 101, and is only 5 minutes away from Arrowhead shopping (restaurants, mall, Costco, Home Depot etc). Walgreen or QT gas station just a minute or two drive away. Lots of parks in the neighborhood as well. Take the 101 to Tatum Blvd or even Scottsdale road. New LDS Phoenix Temple is 3.5 miles from our home, and Wet n Wild waterslides - takes about 5 minutes to either place. Minutes north of AZ Cardinals stadium and Westgate shopping center. Anthem outlets is out 20 minutes away.
