The large gathering theater room and gym workout room is located downstairs. There are 4 bedrooms downstairs, all with TVs. One of these bedrooms has a mini kitchen with sink, microwave and mini fridge and a dining table. There is one bathroom downstairs - tub/shower combo double vanity.
This home is ideal for family wedding gatherings and Summer Family Reunions.
Nestled in a beautiful quiet Gilbert Neighborhood, this home is not far from the Gilbert LDS Temple. When combined with the rental home across the street, the two homes will sleep up to 43 guests.
