Perfect!
This was our second consecutive year staying at this property and looking to do a "Three peat"---do I need say more. Kendall is extremely responsive and accommodating; appreciate him getting back to us so quickly with any questions. Few recommendations: 1)For sport fans; we found a cozy Sports bar and grill called Blue 32..lots of TV's and "a local favorite spot" 2)looking for a friendly; quaint Mexican Cafe-Isabel's Amor 3) hiking: Usery Park--Wind Cave Trail and Pass Mountain are nice hikes(varies 1.5 to 7 mile hikes) -- 20 minutes from townhouse; "go early" Enjoy!

Great Location, Spotless Housekeeping
We stayed at the Peterson's town home the week of 3/11/16. Kendall was attentive and easy to communicate with. The town home was immaculate with everything possible you need for a comfortable vacation. The pool is a stones throw away to enjoy! Great location, 20-25 minutes from Mesa and 25-30 minutes away from Scottsdale. Several nice restaurants close by. We would stay here again and recommend this property to family and friends. Fully renovated 2014. Main floor master bedroom and bath, laundry, guest bath. Upstairs 2 bedrooms, loft, desk and full bath. Wifi, 55' Apple TV, Netflix.Covered patio, 2 car garage, soft water, a/c, gas heat. Great location. Quiet street, common swimming pool, basketball, volleyball right across the street.Convenient freeway access to 202 loop. Close to SanTan Mall, grocery store and restaurants.
