Nestled in a beautiful quiet Gilbert neighborhood, not far from the Gilbert LDS Temple, this home is ideal for family wedding gatherings and summer family reunions. Nearby attractions include the charming historical Down Town Gilbert, Shopping plaza of San Tan Village, Discovery Park, Top Golf and Theaters.

Nothing says "Family" like being together. This large Spacious home has 8 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms sleeps 20 people. This home has a Private Pool and Hot Tub.
There is a fully stocked kitchen, a living room and a family room with a TV upstairs. There are 4 bedrooms upstairs, 3 of which have TVs, and 2 bathrooms - one with tub/shower combo and another with walk in shower/large oval tub.
The large gathering theater room and gym workout room is located downstairs. There are 4 bedrooms downstairs, all with TVs. One of these bedrooms has a mini kitchen with sink, microwave and mini fridge and a dining table. There is one bathroom downstairs - tub/shower combo double vanity.
