We had an excellent experience over Hawa’s condo, which has the perfect open concept we were looking for. Hawa was very hospitable and helpful. Kitchen was well equipped and we did cook a lot there. Everything is clean and comfortable. Will definitely rent there again.

Perfection!
Perfect for a carefree vacation or a home-base for a business trip. This month long plus stay provided the best experience we have had with VRBO properties. Everything was there "as advertised". Besides the quality of the furnishings, you will pleasantly surprised by the additional touches which add to your enjoyment and provide for your safety. And, an added bonus will be if you encounter Hawa, the owner. She is a jewel.

Welcoming home, great ambiance,
We loved the private island in the back- it made for some good exploring. We found the home close to a lot of different businesses that we wanted to visit- good location. We liked the neighborhood feel. The pool and gazebo were a fun treat for our family. The kids and grown-ups also loved the hot tub. The bathrooms, kitchen and bedrooms were all good. The kitchen sink was a little weird without an extendable faucet. Appliances all worked great and we loved the covered parking in the garage. Thanks for a fun stay!

Outstanding property
This is the best rental property I have seen in the area. well decorated house and well kept! :) my family was visiting for 2 weeks and they enjoyed their stay. The beds are very comfortable, the house is very clean, the furniture is modern and well thought out and not cluttered.The owner Hawa is very nice lady and always there for any question or help. I can't thank her enough. I would recommend this property for anyone I know!! :)

This custom home has been remodeled to meet the highest standards of expectations. It has 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms with a bridge that leads to an Island with singing birds and cascading waterfalls. It's a soothing tropical lagoon in the desert. This home has 2 separate master suites, both with double vanities, custom lighting, under-mount sinks and natural stone slab countertops. The countertops throughout the home are either natural quartz, marble or granite slabs.

THE BEDROOMS: The master 1 bedroom has solid wood furniture with a king size bed and a 12 inch luxury NOVA memory gel foam mattress (same as the master 2 bedroom), with luxury waterproof mattress covers to protect you without changing the feel of the mattress.
This bedroom has a seating area and an extra large balcony overlooking the water and island including the waterfalls, birds and natural landscape....
The new custom energy efficient windows keep you warm in winter and very cool in summer. Everything including, all the blinds, curtains, windows, bathrooms, kitchen, carpet and tile are all new throughout the home.
