OMG, we are using the new A/C in June (Got to love that GLOBAL warming) and it works fantastic and has saved the day and night for very comfortable afternoons and sleeping in the evenings. You do not want to rent a place in Flagstaff without a great central A/C unit in June, July, August and September. We have also upgraded our hot water system with basically endless and continuous hot water via 180,000 BTU's /10.1 GPM Navien tankless on demand hot water system. This provides you to run the dish washer, washing machine and take 9+ showers in a row without running out of hot water. This will help those in need for the entire family to get ready for that graduation ceremony or wedding ceremony or family reunions. We have also added DTV NFL Sunday ticket including the 4 game mix, 8 game mix, short cuts, Fanasty Zone and RED ZONE package for the entire upcoming PRO FOOTBALL season. You can now also call your long distance friends and relatives with UNLIMITED Long Distance in Intercontinental USA, Canada and Puerto Rico from the Hoop Dancer. Not very many townhomes have two decks front & back each with their own cooking grills to accommodate cooking breakfast, lunches and dinners. We encourage our guest to make recommendations to improve your stay & have incorporate several suggestions in our accommodations. The master bedroom with a CAL-King & the 2nd bedroom Queen bed are both pillow top mattress; numerous compliments on the bed comfort. We take much pride in the homey atmosphere and cleanliness. We use Merry Maids Cleaning Service to clean up after your stay. Although we are avid pet lovers, we have a no animal policy which increases the cleaniness and reduces allergy concerns.
Visit historical Route 66 in downtown Flagstaff or the Lowell Observatory. Grand Canyon National Park is approx. 75 miles from the townhouse/1.25 hours. Walnut Canyon National Monument 6 miles away.
