The living room has a flatscreen TV, fireplace, built-in media cabinet, leather couches, and vaulted ceilings. The downstairs master bedroom features a king size bed, flatscreen TV, new carpet, and private access to the outdoor patio.
Immediately up the stairs is a common area with an extra couch and work desks, along with adjacent bedrooms and a bathroom. The three bedrooms upstairs each contain a TV and are configured with two twin beds, which can easily be converted to a king size. Outdoors is a private pool, lemon tree, ample seating and lounge chairs, an available propane grill as well as a smaller charcoal hibachi-style grill, a small grassy area, and golf course views.
